Staff was adorable. Very kind and customer oriented and always with a smile. I truly enjoyed my stay there and would recommend to anyone visiting Cadiz. Additionally it is located in a pedestrian street in the old town. Lots of charm. And if you come by car. There’s a secured designated parking with valet service where you can park 1 minute away. The cost per day for parking is EUR 20.-.

Lovely hotel, nice rooms, and lovely staff

Absolutely amazing! We've stayed in 3 different hotels before this one while traveling Spain and this was by far our favorite for the beauty and uniqueness of it. Book the Ulysses Grant room, it is beyond worth it! The views were spectacular and the room is so trendy and comfortable!

The standout feature of this hotel was the staff. They were really helpful and very friendly.

Very cute little hotel right in old town. Very well maintained and decorated. Room was very clean and cute with window to oversee our street. Location is perfect to visit any place around old town. There is no easy parking, it is on the middle of old town. We had a car and parked on paid parking $20 per night. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location; Quick check in and check out. Very clean. Staff friendly and responsive. We would come again. Private parking garage available for a fee within the walking distance.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful on check in. We chose the hotel due to its location and they accept dogs. The charge was a reasonable €16.50 for our dog and there was a dog bed, 2 bowls and a treat in our room. The bed was comfortable and there was a kettle and coffee machine in the room. This is a boutique hotel so no bar as such but it has a cafe on the ground floor with outdoor seating (it is in a pedestrian area) and you can buy drinks and take them up to the rooftop terrace. We stayed in the room at the top which also has some outdoor space. As others have mentioned the room and bathroom could do with being updated but we felt it offered good value for money. Parking Canajelas is 5 minutes away and was €25 overnight.

Cool boutique hotel in a great location

Staff were very helpful and the location was great.

The person who checked on in was not very helpful when we called the hotel because we were lost. He told us the name of the parking place and for us to look it up on Google For us just to go find the parking garage address. Very inattentive. Will not go there again.

The photo on the website did not match our expectations. The room had a high, tiny window by the door, bringing little light and zero views. Parking option was not clear on the website either.
