Staff were fantastic and helpful. We have stayed here many times. And will be back many times more.

Great room with full kitchen. Plenty of space to relax after a hard day of sightseeing Not a true one bedroom but an open wall between the beds and the rest of the room. Close to transit for easy day trips.

A great value during a very busy time in Madrid. 2.5 blocks to convenient metro.

The hotel is located in lovely Niborwood, far from tourist crowds. It is a very nice place to feel Madrid

Staff was very friendly. Grand Via was a nice walk that is a 10-20 minute walk. Temple of Debod and the Royal Palace are also close walks. The room was nice and AC was good. The room was a little dated.

Property more of condo that turn in a hotel. It is outdated. Bed are firm. Two twin beds combined to make it king size. Bathroom configuration odd. Mini kitchen helps with stove, fridge, sink and housewares included. The housekeeping services awesome. Reception area okay.

We loved this clean hotel, great location, lots of choices for breakfast, friendly staff. Walking distance to many places, parking was a bit scary with a one way up and down in a bigger car, but my husband managed. I think we are just used to wide American streets and parking spots.

Convenient locations close to supermarkets, stores, tour bus stations, and parks. The room is huge, good for families, but unnecessary for two or less.

Great location for me. Walkable. Close to metro. Good restaurants and cafes. Old building well maintained. Small shower with low head clearance. Staff could be friendlier.
