The staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Restaurant on site was delicious. EV charging very slow but gave us enough of a boost to move on to our next stop. We took a walk round the lake after dinner which was nice. Overall a very pleasant pit stop.

Nice properly, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, easy bus ride to tourist venues. Bathroom sink did not drain and was never fixed during the stay.

Good hotel, clean and great service

Stayed here 3 nights, never again. Curtain torn, long blond hair in one of my towel, VERY noisy (doors slammed, people talking, bathroom use, terrible road noise). I had my ear plugs but I could FEEL the noise through the uncomfortable bed while trying to sleep! Fitness center is a joke…. breakfast is horrible for a French hotel…. Disgusting cold eggs every mornings is the worst example. Moreover the management is ghosting… don’t expect to have any feedback from them on any query! Many other better options in the area! 2 star hotel max, not 4 stars!

I arrived late and left early. The staff were excellent. I didn't see much of the hotel but the area I did see was clean and tidy

A few minutes from old town. The staff was polite and very helpful. If I return to Strasbourg, I will be staying here again.

The interior was modern and well kept. The room was just enough space for our one night. A quiet walking path around a pond was right next door. There are a few different restaurants within walking distance, opening at 6 or 7. The price was very good. It’s out of town, with an easy frequent bus right out front.

Parking is free and right in front of the hotel, if you come in the morning to early afternoon. Room was for 4 and was not comfortable unfortunately. The bathroom was shwoing acid stains in the bath tub. Tge toilet was creaking whenever you sat down. They did have a mini fridge, however the temp wasnt great. The room was definitely not sound proofed as you could hear people from nearly every direction!

The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean but very small. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. We stayed there one night to go to Europa-Park.

An easy bus trip 100m from the hotel to Strasbourg centre. Lovely accommodation and friendly staff.

En general el hotel está en buenas condiciones, limpio, y la cama confortable. El agua caliente de la regadera se enfrió muy pronto. No hay buenas opciones de restaurantes cercanos.
