Beautiful property. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into town, but a very safe walk even in the evenings. Great pool area. Reception and staff very helpful and courteous.

Convenient hotel if you're looking to explore La Mancha towns like Consuegra, Argamasilla de Alba, El Toboso, and others. I used it as a hub to visit these smaller towns, which have limited quality accommodations. It worked very well for me, especially with the easy and convenient outdoor self-parking

High cost hotel; good staff: a bit old fashioned: we had to change rooms as difficult to move around- after change it was ok. Would be nice to have coffee/tea facility in the room. Didn’t use restaurant- looked expensive.

Hotel is in a good location near the town center and has good secure parking directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good. Bar and restaurant closed early.

The Hotel was not up to a 4 star rating in my opinion seemed under staffed. Had to look for Bar Staff Breakfast Staff was friendly but wasn't available when a cooked breakfast was required so went without!

Buen sitio, cerca de un parque perfecto para dar una vuelta o hacer ejercicio. A 1Km del centro y facil para aparcar y llegar. La cena no estaba rica, sinceramente deberian de mejorar ese aspecto.

Plentiful of free open air car parking and service at restaurant was fantastic. Dinner was simple but delicious and great value for money! The good stops here however. The room was relatively small and dimly lit. If you need power sockets by the bed side you would have to remove the lamps which made the room even darker. Balcony is a great touch but room is so small the furnitures block the balcony door from opening. Balcony is full of bird droppings and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks I wouldn’t even go outside. The in room safe was locked when I arrive and front desk said he had to write a note for the technician the next day as it was after 5pm and only the technician can open the safe. I then saw him put away the pen and empty paper notepad after I walked away. Had a small cut on the day of checking out and asked front desk if they had band aid or plasters. She thought for 1 second, shook her head, said no and then went back about her business. Note also that if you miss meal times, you will have to drive out into town to get food.

I enjoyed my stay, help full staff and reasonable prices. Unfortunately was not able to make use of the Spa or pool due to time constraints. Room was good size and kept to a good cleanliness standard.

Very good sized rooms and the hotel is in a good location for walking through the park to the town centre. The gym is very small and limited which is its only draw back. Overall, a very nice hotel which I've stayed in a number of times now.

Good hotel, close to Campo de Criptana, La Mancha. Had dinner at the hotel and the food was quite nice and a reasonably priced. Huge parking area.

The hotel offers good facilities, but I was not able to use, due to my late arrival at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel and great view from the room. Dogs barking and loud guests kind of ruined the stay. Bed was ok but had much better in Spain. Doors don't do much for sound. Didn't use the restaurant but food looked good.

Breakfast was really good, spacious room. Beautiful outdoor area but nowhere to sit down in the garden. Pool was closed although there was 33 degrees. Well located to walk all around the place.

It's a nice hotel with nice restaurant. But the cleanliness of the hotel was a bit disappointed. The towel had stain on it and not really white. But the restaurant was quite good, the dinner was great.

Very nice spacious room. The mates was a bit hard and the big pillows bulky and aukward. Convenient location.

Hotel was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Located outside of main centre about a twenty minute walk. We had hoped to use the outdoor pool but this was our of action.

Nice hotel for individual guests and weddings. There was an outdoor pool, but it closed at 8.00 pm which I think is too early during the summer. The rooms were big and had a seating area. I had to pay extra for breakfast but although it was buffet style, it was nice. I would recommend this hotel
