Other than the air conditioning could have been better, the hotel was a great location and even better employees. Would stay again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was colourful, vibrant, interesting, and convenient. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Shower was tricky to operate in terms of finding the right temperature. Overall, very comfortable and pleasing.

The area is a bit sketchy ngl we were followed twice. But the property itself and the staff were exceptional and I would love to stay here again.

The property was in a great location, very walkable, and safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spaceous and clean with comfortable beds. I would stay here again.

Many options to eat very nearby besides tapas make it very convenient after walking all day. Smash Hiro (burgers), Raval pizza, fried chicken, hot dog, tex-mex, 365 (pastries and sandwiches), kebbabs, and shwarma. Between 2 Aldi supermarkets. Lots of small fruit shops. Can get loud at night (ask front desk for ear plugs) and lots of graffiti but completely safe. First impression of street might not be good but it grows on you and has lots of character. Lucky Schmuck bar is supposedly on the list of best bars in the world. Room was a bit small but clean and well maintained.

A small hotel in an up and coming area. A walkable neighborhood with markets, bakeries and food places. Lots of families walking around and it was close to public transportation. We did not do the breakfast but enjoyed the coffee, tea and hot chocolate at night. We were there during severe rainstorm and they even had umbrellas to take.

George at front desk was a wonderful help to our travel party. Breakfast was consistently delicious and plentiful. Location was great - local neighbourhood dining options, as well as a short walk to La Rambla. General manager (whose name I did not learn) was also very helpful and pleasant.

Very very small rooms, if you are just going back to your room to sleep then it is fine. We only interacted with 2 different front desk staff and one gentleman was extremely warm and friendly, the other was more lukewarm. Breakfast buffet for 13€ is very good, there is hot savory options, sandwiches, fruit, pastries , lactose free milk and various juices. Lots of late night food options and grocery stores near by.

I loved this hotel, the streets are noisy

The hotel is in a perfect location. The metro stations are only 5-10 walking minute distances. The hotel is located near las ramblas and La boqueria (8 mins walk ). If you want to visit La sagrada familia, it’s only about 15 minutes away in metro (with walking to metro time calculated) The place was really clean. We arrived 2 hours early but we stored our luggage in the storage and walked towards las ramblas to feel the vibe. When we came back an hour later , the room was ready at 2 o’clock bearing in mind check in was 3 o’clock. So we were able to access our room a bit early due to the help from staff. The staff were very nice and helpful and provided us with great service and booked our taxi transport to airport at no added cost. I will return again and I will recommend this place to my friends and families.

Overall rooms were fine. Stayed there 2x in 2 weeks time and both sets of rooms were decent. First room was a corner and was larger than the 2nd interior room I was given on my 2nd stay. The safe in my 2nd room wouldn't accommodate my laptop so there's that. Buffet is ok for what it is and is a convenient spot if you're to tired to explore. The hotel is centrally located to amenities but is on the grittier, seedy vibe being in a narrow alley. Trash and loud activity at night is common. I was fine walking around at night but some may find issue with it.

Hotel in a good location to get to tourist sites. Clean hotel, not a lot of amenities but works. Standard room really small.

Neighborhood was run down and felt unsafe

Hotel and staff were great! Breakfast was amazing! The outside is just a little unexpected. It doesn’t reflect the inside. There is also a lot of graffiti everywhere. We thought we were in the wrong place coming in the taxi. They stay was great though.

The area around the hotel is noisy especially the room facing the street. Room is spacious,modern and clean. Location is good close to metro.

This property was in a dangerous part of Barcelona. We could not walk to any restaurants after dark or pubs. We were advised to get a cab. It is in a high crime area. I'm extremely disappointed that Expedia did not resolve the matter. I rely on Expedia to offer me safe options and good locations with accurate reviews and hotel details. The hotel was convenient to nothing located in an area you could not get a taxi unless you pre booked. The accommodations were basic and not what I expected.
