The room was ready when I arrived a little earlier than check-in time. The staff was very friendly. My room faced inward towards the courtyard so it was a little loud with dishes clanking late at night from a nearby restaurant, but I was so tired, I fell back asleep quickly. Breakfast was nice and it’s in a good location to walk to old town and visit the restaurant and park districts nearby.

Hotel is up a level but there is a lift, however beware there is 5 or so steps to reach the lift if you have any mobility issues. Great breakfast (self service) with wide variety of sweet and savoury choices. The breakfast room staff are friendly, chatty and keep things clean and topped up. I was in a solo room, which was small but absolutely fine with a good shower/toilet en suite. A wee bit of noise as my room backed on to a courtyard occupied by other buildings, no problem though as I got a good sleep. Front of house staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

No parking on property and if you leave the car on The street it may get robbed or hit. The stairs were small and the carpet look very dirty. Although the property states they have a a shuttle to the airport the reality is that they do not have one, they just simple ask people to take the public bus that stops 1 1/2. Lock from there. Very noisy since it is relight next to bars and restaurants so if you are a light sleeper then this may not be for you

Comfortable beds with extra pillows, and very helpful accommodating Hotel staff. Small elevator to reach hotel floor. It was an ideal location for exploring Catania

Excellent location, clean and quite affordably. The light in the corridor switches off quickly.

Great location and nice basic hotel for a couple of nights. Staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast is basic but enough. It does get a bit noisy in the evening as there seems to be a restaurant kitchen at the ground floor but if you go to bed after 11:00 PM it should be fine.

It was a nice little hotel very close to all the action. I didn't like having to leave our key at the front desk every time we left and the breakfast attendant was very nosy. But we will come back.

Well located hotel within easy (direct) walking distance to the central plaza, cathedral and famous elephant statue. Lots of shopping and places to eat in the area. The hotel is an older property with lots of stairs but the staff kept it very clean. The wifi worked well. Best feature besides the helpful staff was the hotel patio where you can enjoy your breakfast looking into to the adjoining park.

This is a very-well priced hotel that benefits from an excellent location. It's really well positioned for most of the main sights in Catania. I stayed in a very small single room but it was comfortable enough. The breakfast, included in the price, was very good and it was lovely to sit out on the terrace sipping coffee and decent croissants. Highly recommended for those visiting Catania for a short trip on business or for sightseeing.

Great location and staff.

Hotel is in a very central area close to restuarants, shops, Bellini Gardens and bus stop across the street. We went there mainly for shopping so we weren't looking for a luxury hotel but our room was quite comfortable and clean towels were provided. Free breakfast was also includedWe had a great view of Via Etna and Mount Etna from the balcony. Staff were nice and very accomodating, they even allowed us to leave our luggages there when we checked out.

All the staff is very welcoming and helpfull, The last room they assigned me was bigger with a balcony. Breakfast is good, and sitting outside is very nice

It was really very nice. The hotel was basic, but the breakfast was generous and served on an outdoor terrace overlooking the park. The weather was perfect, but had it not been, there was also an indoor dining room. Staff was helpful. They were not that knowledgeable about things we wanted to do, but they were happy to look up information for us on their computers. The WiFi was strong. I would always prefer to have access to English-language TV and CNN, the BBC or some other news service. This was not provided.

The hotel staff were very helpful. We were unfortunate to have a handbag stolen with passports and credit cards and the staff helped by making phone calls for us. The hotel was very centrally located which was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great value for money.
