I was very pleasantly surprised by this property. i had booked a single room. when i entered i saw the bed,cupboard,desk etc. and i though well this is nice. then i opened the what i initially thought was a connecting door and voila... 2 more "rooms" appeared. yes, there are 3 separate rooms in this single room. one bedroom, one bathroom and one wc! it's like a mini suite! this is also the first time ever i saw an aircondition unit installed in a room around these parts. a fact that just highlighted how recently this room had been renovated. the breakfast was top quality, scrambled eggs prepared on the spot, the juice was real juice not this sweet stuff you get elsewhere.staff was very friendly, special mention to the reception that gave me this nice room and to the waitress from the breakfast buffet that smiled so much when i said that i had room "333 bei issos keilerei"! highly recommend this place. could easily pass for a 4 star in my book. I'll definitely come back next year.

The hotel is well located in the centre of Kufstein. Our room was comfortable and our stay pleasant A couple of negative things as there was no room safe and although there was a telephone in the room it was not working and after talking to reception there were no plans to get the phone working.

My room #226 did not have WiFi nor did the Tv work

The staff were very friendly but had little English. Breakfast was good and I had a very pleasant stay. Despite advertising Internet, I could not connect properly from my room. The staff said that this was normal, bad luck. I ended up sitting in the dining room using their wifi. Not good!

This is a place to rest your bones. It is not a destination in and of itself. Under new management. Front desk very helpful. Standard single rooms are cramped, but this is not unusual in Europe. Beware if you are a single traveler; the restaurant staff will ignore you, no exceptions!

The four-bed room was large and comfortable for four friends, or a family. Very nice seating area to relax. Bathroom was a little small compared to the rest of the room, but we didn't expect luxury for the price. Good value. There is no air conditioning in this hotel, so a ceiling fan would have worked well, but there was none. It was comfortable to sleep with all the windows open once it cooled down at night, but it is in a busy, noisy square.

We came to Kufstein with a vague plan for a three-day hike on the Wilder-Kaiser Steig. The woman behind the desk at the hotel searched for the hotel's supply of maps for hikers, and didn't find any. So she promised to bring us one the next day from her house. She gave us great directions, although, since she was Austrian, her idea of a day of hiking was somewhere around double what we could do! She also helped us make reservations at our first mountain Hut (Hutte in German). The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint would be the lack of air conditioning, but that seems to be the case of every hotel around here. They also kept our extra bag for us, even though we weren't returning to that hotel. And Kufstein! This town is so cute you just want to eat it up!

Buona struttura in edificio storico a pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e in pieno centro. Magari in qualcosa avrebbe bisogno di un aggiornamento. Colazione adeguata alla categoria, comunque molto varia e con offerta di dolce e salato. Forse un po' di riscaldamento in camera ( pur se a maggio, la t° esterna non arrivava a 10°) non sarebbe stato male...
