Only one person to make everything and not able to speak French. Nice room and petfriendly Breakfast could be improve but for the price it a good place to go

Hotel was Nice and very near to Montmoranvy fall. Thanks to Hemil who made our stay very smooth. Breakfast at Hotel was also very nice.

La chambre était très correcte, le déjeuner manquait de choix, mais c'était correct. Par contre le personnel ne parlait qu'en anglais et ne comprenais pas le français, c'est quand même un comble au Québec, et de plus sur le site de l'hôtel il est précisé que le personnel est multilingue...

Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. From the smooth check-in to the spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and attentive staff, the experience was seamless. The location was perfect, amenities were well maintained, and service felt genuinely warm. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The services were excellent

Beautifully kept building and rooms. Unfortunately the communal microwave did not work and no coffee was left to use with the coffeemaker in the room. Great area around property for our dogs to run/walk. Expensive dog fee.

It was cute and clean. I would recommend it if you want to just sleep there. The Resto Bar and Bistro were not open, there was no coffee even tho the room had everything to make it. Self check in was easy and there is a nice field next to it if you bring your dog. The Pamphlet, I feel, must cater to a different time of year.

Very pleasant peaceful place

Overpriced for the services offered, it could be because of the long weekend. The bed is terrible, uncomfortable and needs to be replaced (not par with those of Marriot or Hilton). Nespresso coffee machine without coffee pods in the room. The desk is not manned 24 hours but someone answers when you call the phone. The dining options outside the hotel are excellent though and the view is great. A great breakfast place nearby.

Not good value. Entrance - Directions to property are confusing on Google Maps. Onsite restaurant is closed. Cheap cost cutting optics for a $165 a night room. eg. Nespresso machine but no pods … front desk charges $1 per pod & room had only 1 bath towel for 2 adults.
