Nice hotel

Older style hotel with refurbished rooms, dining room pleasant with great breakfast & coffee. Railway station about 10 mins walk, Staff were all friendly & helpful.

The hotel is completely refurbished and it is a very good solution also from a cost-benefits perspective. The rooms are quiet, clean and quite large, the breakfast has both the continental and sweet sections with a good range of choice. The staff is warm and helpful.

Very quick check in, clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was great! Lives underground parking as it was raining and we din’t get wet. Found a great pizza place for dinner. We highly recommend the hotel and Pizzium pizzas. Best pizza and not pricey. It’s a 15 min drive from this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights for our trip to Milan. The train station was a short walk from the hotel, easy to find, and only about a 20-minute ride to Cadorna station. The breakfast was plentiful and good and the rooms comfortable. The only problem was the same as we have had in many other European hotels: it's impossible to shower without getting water all over the floor! We would stay there again.

Staff was amazing, good breakfast. But no internet in the rooms ( coverage issues not a quality internet issues), dirty elevator, housekeeper smoked on the emergency exit area with door open and all smoke was winded inside the building. But front desk and breakfast crew were fenomenal and kind.

Our stay at this property was pleasant. It’s an older building, as are lots of hotels in Italy, but our bathroom was updated and modern. The staff were friendly. The train station is within 10 minutes walking and it’s from 30-45 minutes by train to Milan. Around 4 or 5 in the morning, I could smell fresh bread baking! I’m not sure if the smell was coming from the hotel’s kitchen or a nearby bakery, but it was an amazing aroma!

The air conditioning in the room is too loud and does not cool the space effectively. Additionally, the room lacks adequate storage for luggage and does not include a desk or surface suitable for placing a laptop. The photos provided do not accurately reflect the actual conditions of the room. On a positive note, the bathroom and overall cleanliness are satisfactory. The breakfast was good, which is the main reason I rated the stay 2 stars instead of 1.

Excellent services but requires to check and makes sure the shower floor draining working good.

It’s difficult to fault this hotel. It’s located within an easy walk from the train station and to the centre of town. Saronno is a lovely, quiet town. Breakfast was excellent with very good service and espresso coffee. I found the mattress to be a little hard, but otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Good location. Easy access to train. Free parking, Nice breakfast. Easy access to restaurants. Pillows and towels need replacing. As does the hallway carpet.

Defenetly not a 4 star. Maybe 2. Very loud due to construction downstairs and night club. Was up till 4 am on Saturday night. Do not recommend

Clean room and overall facilities. Easy to get to a train station to get to Milan. Good breakfast and very helpful staff.

Great little boutique style hotel with touch of class belying its cost. Tasty continental breakfast with plenty of delicious cakes and pastries. Free barista coffees also available. Only 5 mins from train station.
