Room was dated but clean. Great location. Staff members especially at reception very courteous. Happy with everything.

Location is great, and room with balcony overlooking the harbour is highly recommended. Staff very professional and hotel is good value for money. Rooms are spotless, with good shower, bed and tea/coffee facilites with mini fridge. TV has extensive channels in case you get rained in!! (which is rare)

Excellent basic accommodation if passing through. Very affordable and perfectly adequate for short term stays.

Cleaning was excellent. I particularly liked that I could fill in check in forms before my arrival. So check in at the hotel was quick and easy. We paid for a breakfast at the hotel and the cooked breakfast could have been better. Maybe tomatoes and mushrooms? But it was adequate.

Kosta Palace is conveniently located at the west end of Kos town and close to great restaurants and shopping and right on the harbour. The rooftop pool and sun beds are a relaxing place to spend a lazy afternoon with drinks and snacks. The staff are helpful and the rooms comfortable and well equipped if not modern. The terrace is a good place to watch the harbour, dock and road traffic go by. Very comfrtoavle and relaxing.

Only channels on TV in English are news channels . Although French ,Germany, and Italian are catered for. Why ?

Brilliant hotel in a great spot in Kos Town. Easy to walk everywhere and 5 min walk to the beach. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Lovely bar area for a drink at night and staff friendly. Would highly recommend and will book again!

Everything was perfect: the room, the breakfast, the location as well as the staff.

This was my third time staying at the hotel. My first two times were impeccable. Five stars, this time the room I was given was S4. The room was not up to par with the hotel I have been accustomed to. 1-the WiFi in the room was not working the entire time 2-the tv was not working at all and every channel had static 3-I was told the room was a complimentary upgrade but it was VERY dated and should not be used for your guests 4-the room smelled of mildew 5-no hot water from the bathroom and kitchen sink 6-housekeeping finally showed up at 4:15pm when I came back to the room. I asked them to leave the room as is since I was already back in the room 7-day of check out, housekeeping walked into the room without knocking on the door. I was getting ready to leave the hotel and asked them to come back after I checked out. 8-toaster oven provided was out of order. The baking tray would not stay up while it was in use. I spoke with the front desk night these issues during my stay and expressed my disappointment. I also work at a hotel in New York and these are not the standards we strive for. I’m very disappointed with my trip this year at Kosta Palace Hotel. Thank you, Adam

Bedste location i Kos by… Men især værelser og pool snackbar trænger til en update. Man får lidt Østeuropa kold krigs Vibe…..😎 Lounge område nede ved receptionen er okay stort og ligger så fint ved havnen. Er man til location og ligeglad med hotel værelse og pool er det her stedet

Very friendly staff - so helpful 😊 Room had beautiful views over harbour ! Hotel in the centre of everything so a short walk to any restaurants, ferries, places of interest ! Room lacking small details but clean and functional. Excellent value for money
