Perfectly located near the heart of the city, everything is within walking distance. Clean room, lovely staff, great breakfast. We only had one night there before our cruise and it was a great place to stay. My only negative was the AC was not very cold at all.

Ok this place was incredible! 14th century frescos, beautiful rooms, Venetian glass chandeliers… it was like going back in time yet with all the amenities like big gorgeous bathroom and AC which was needed. Our room was HUGE with a king bed and nice sitting area. The staff were all SO great, helpful and incredibly welcoming. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Very close to everything you want to see. Very very clean. I think they need to replace the bed pillows as they were flat and uncomfortable… but I didn’t ask for others and I am sure they would have accommodated me because they were so wonderful.

Our stay at Albergo Cappello was excellent! We were there for just one night before boarding our cruise out of Ravenna. The room was nice, very cozy, and the personalized breakfast was wonderful. The staff took great care of us, even helping us change our shuttle to pick us up from the hotel instead of the nearby train station so we wouldn't have to lug our suitcases in the rain. I was very impressed with the hospitality. Did not have chance to try their wine bar but would in the future.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Ravenna. We would stay here again if ever in Ravenna. Staff was superb!

Location is great Staff is awesome and very accommodating. This place is a hidden gem. Centrally located!

This hotel was more like a B&B! The room was unbelieveabley wonderful! The staff was friendly,helpful, especially Dora and Daniella.

Room was large and clean. Very nice facilities. AC did not work and always at the top of my list when i book rooms, especially at this price point. They did give us a fan to help. Breakfast was simple and good. Bar was great. Would stay again.

Great stop over before a cruise.... lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby as well great neighborhood

The location is the best thing about the place! Very central. The noise level was really high going on to the wee hours of the morning every night. Also the air conditioning didn’t work and leaving the window open only increased the noise. They should provide earplugs!

Very nice room in a historic building. The walls had remains of 15th Century frescos and 15’ ceilings. It was dated, but clean and quiet. The included breakfast was nice and cooked to order. The staff was very nice.

Amazing, historic building. They offered an upgrade to the Junior suite for 20 euros. Divine. Good choice for breakfast. Would definitely stay again as very central.

I enjoyed our visit. The property is great, small place. Monica, Dora and Paolo are wonderful people, work there, good to the them again. It was my second visit. I hope to return!

We had an enormous suite, I think the only one. The building is listed and very old with very high ceilings. the public rooms are enormous and one has f19th century frescoes. Clean and run by friendly helpful staff. The breakfast is limited but adequate. The place is full of character and charm.
