Stopped overnight on drive from France to Venice. Great inexpensive place to get a good nights rest. Friendly staff and decent breakfast

We were looking for a hotel that would be convenient to Cremona, but not in the city. We decided to stay at Hotel Gambara. It was a terrific decision. Gambara is approximately 30 minutes northeast of Cremona. Mariuccia, the proprietor of the hotel, is an elegant, funny, and welcoming host. Even if the hotel itself had not been a pleasure, the stay would have been worth it just to meet her. I suppose one could say that the hotel is a little past its prime, but that would miss the point. This is an authentic experience, in a convenient jumping-off point to a city well worth visiting – Cremona (which has a fantastic new violin museum). The hotel, which is very comfortable, also has easy access to a wonderful restaurant just down the road called the Stella. The food was excellent and the staff could not have been nicer. We were very glad that we stopped in this wonderful little hotel.

This is an unexpected gem of a hotel. It is small (14 rooms) and located in village in the heart of the agricultural district in Lomabardia. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-appointed and clearly exceed expectations for a three star and are better than most four stars. The major attribute of this hotel is the wonderful family that manage this property. A delightful woman in her eighties and her equally delightful niece who are the true stars of the place. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and genuine ly a joy to meet.

Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera spaziosissima e super pulita. Prima colazione in ambiente altrettanto pulito e accogliente, molta cura da parte della signora che gestisce l'albergo, una persona dall'apparenza un po' burbera ma in realtà molto cara e simpatica.Ci torneremo

Molto gentile la proproetaria. Camera e bagno ampi e puliti. Parcheggio nel cortile interno. Buona la prima colazione con prodotti di qualità.

Sempre Top. La proprietaria molto carina e disponibile. Colazione buonissima. Nel parcheggio. E vicino ci sta un buon ristorante stella d’Italia.

Séjourné pour un déplacement professionnel, une belle surprise pour ce petit hôtel charmant. La propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillante. L'hôtel est propre, calme avec chambre très grande et un parking privé et sécurisé. Le café italien est juste excellent.

Ottimo albergo a conduzione familiare. Accoglienza super della proprietaria, servizi e pulizia di prim'ordine. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Ampia scelta per la colazione, di qualità. Ci torneremo.

Harde og vonde senger. Veldig fint bad. Måtte gi fra oss passene over natta, det var ubehagelig. Koselig frokost med deilig croissant, rundstykker og pålegg.

Ich war zum zweiten mal hier und diesmal für fast 6 Wochen...einfach super, feines Hotel, sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, ich hatte wieder ein super grosses Zimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse und einem schönen großen Badezimmer, das Bett war hervorragend und die kleine Mini Bar mit Kühlschrank war auch sehr angenehm, ich fand das Frühstück einfach super...alles dabei um gut in den Tag zu starten, die Chefin war überaus freundlich und aufmerksam, ich fühlte mich fast wie zu hause, ich hatte einen super Aufenthalt...nochmals vielen Dank 😀👍
