Clean and friendly hotel, centrally located. Very tired and dated decor but comfortable enough for a one night stay. Parking spaces limited and breakfast very basic.

Lovely Hotel and People

Very boutique feel! Resident cat was charming as were the twinkle lights around the pool. It was beautiful and staircase down to street was cool touch. Mosquitos were definitely a problem in August around pool/courtyard. Air conditioning was extra but well worth it. Room was very basic- lighting was dim and bulbs needed replacing and sink and shower did not drain. Breakfast was great but guests allowed their children to touch and put back rolls etc constantly and could have had more supervision.

This hotel has a good location, friendly staff and a nice swimming pool but we weren't' comfortable there at all. The room was super tiny and extremely hot. It did not have an AC, which we knew but there was some big AC like machine in the room which took half of the space and was making a lot of noise not really providing any relief. In addition, there was a big hoe coming from the machine which went outside through the hole in the widow which meant that the window could not be opened so we were pretty much cooking inside. Couldn't sleep at all.

Receptionist and concierge were very helpful. We arrived quite late but the concierge still managed to find us a space in the car park. Great location right in the centre of San Remo with excellent restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean with measures in place with regards to Covid. Very convenient for everything San Remo has to offer.

We had an amazing stay, 10/10! A lovely hotel, and staff are so friendly and helpful, we wanted for nothing whilst we were there. Our room had a beautiful sea view, and the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from both the sea front and the town centre. Some reviews have mentioned that the hotel is up a hill, but really, this is absolutely fine. We were exhausted when we arrived, with bags and cases, yet still the hill was totally ok. Breakfast is lovely too, excellent quality and a good selection, and again, the restaurant staff were great. This hotel was a perfect find, we would definitely stay here again! This hotel feels like it got stuck in the eighties (and not in a good way). The room had only one available power outlet (far from the bed) several ants found roaming our room (4th floor!), mediocre breakfast, outdated decor...

Stayed 2 nights with 1 child in our group Booked roll out bed on expedia which was advertised as an option Emailed hotel direct before arrival to confirm request On arrival there was no roll out bed and the hotel do not have any! They where very helpful swapping one double for 2 single rooms and following day they separated a double into twin beds The advertised childrens pool does not exist! Very disappointed child in our group as this is very deep adult pool, this is not a hotel for children but a lovely hotel for adults Staff lovely and helpful but hotel rooms are in need of both repair and decoration but garden area is really great

10-15 min uphill walk from the town center.

Stayed 2 wonderful nights here and wished we could have enjoyed San Remo longer. The hotel is located perfectly for sightseeing, shopping ang fooding. Great free parking and breakfast, and WiFi. Great comfortable room with balcony overlooking the Mediterranean.
