The location was perfect for our needs as we had just finished El Camino and were preparing to return back to Canada. It was quiet, very peaceful and close to the airport. The plaza was a very pleasurable place to walk around and sit in the park and enjoy the evening. There were lots of places to eat with varying menus and price ranges. It was evident that there were lots of options for bus service to the airport and the centre of Madrid. We would have loved more time to explore the area.

I only stayed one night and was quiet area the check in guy super friendly and helpful. Room was very small and simple but clean.

The hotel is basic but OK, However the bedroom and shower are too small. Small size towell and pillow was flat. It’ll be great if they had a water bottle or/and a kettle in the bedroom. It’s close to the airport

As expected for price range

The front desk manager was super friendly and very helpful. Okay place to stay. The nearby Plaza was nice with some good restaurants. Family friendly for sure.

Accomodations were as advertised.

Walkable to airport for any early flight. In a unique and independent area of Madrid. Airport flights are NOT a problem.

Decent place for staying close to the airport before our flight

Very nice stay! The hotel was small and clean. It is very close to the town square with nice restaurants and pubs nearby. The evening staff were nice and friendly. Highly recommend this for an overnight layover due to airport proximity.

For a 1 nite stay, the hotel was clean & conveniently close within 1 block of 4-5 restaurants.

Hotel room was very small but clean. The roof on one side of the room sloped at a 45 degree angle so made getting in and out of bed very difficult

Very comfy bed. Easy 20 min walk to the airport. Rooms not very soundproof !

Small hotel. Basic but clean and comfortable room. 15 min walk to Metro station. There is no food or drink of any kind available at the hotel. No bar, no restaurant, no tea making facilities in room. Nothing! Breakfast is not served, guests are directed to a grotty looking cafe nearby, which I didn't try.

The hotel was very clean and did the job, the only downfall was road construction right infront of the hotel, other than that perfect

We stayed here to be close to the airport for an ealy morning flight. It is a block from a sweet little pueblo plaza with bars and restaurants. The AC worked well, beds were.decent. Shower was clean and functioned well.

I didnt quit like my room the first day, explained to the receptionist and she treated me so nicely. It was changed the next morning (although i was already falling in love with it 😅). I loved my stay, very helpful staff, very easy area to navigate. The staff make sure you enjoy yourself and the fact that they all speak little English is perfect.....The closeness to bus and train stations made my stay so lovely ... Definitely visiting the hotel again.....

It was a 15-minute drive to the airport and room was okay for a three-star hotel. Relatively secure but the choice of their partner for room service left little to be desired. The fastfood pizza place served very greasy and tasteless food. I was better off ordering via Uber Eats or walking to the nearby restaurant.

Clean and close to restaurants

The pre-visit check-in procedure is rather arduous and means to contact the owners not easy. I requested the option of 2 single beds but that didn't happen. That being said when we did receive the check in details it was very easy from there on. The apartment is nice and super well situated. We were disappointed that there is absolutely no basic necessities in terms of beverages, including water, on arrival and in some ways the apartment could benefit from some maintenance and thought, e.g. bathroom door doesn't lock, no bedside light. There are so many interesting places to visit within easy walking distance so we did, overall, really enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here again as the benefits far outweigh the negatives.
