I lost my coat in the room closet. all staff said no see.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. At the first time I'm happy to stay here, food was good, near from grand bazzar, the woman reception really informative until the last day. in the morning, I left my coat in the room when I go out for a while, I back in 10 minutes to take my tramvay card inside the pocket. But in the afternoon, I lost it. My coat is not on our wardrobe anymore. I couldn't find it. Also the staff. I'm really sad. It's my favorite jacket and new. I bough in Istanbul. The man said He will try it for me and asked my email to inform the progress. Seriously, if He can't find it, think twice to stay. I left Turkey in this 3rd visited with mad feelings.
