Super confusing check in, no proper clear instructions, we were sent from one building to another and almost sent back to the initial. Same with check out - if you position yourself as a luxury 4* why do you save on a receptionist ? I wouldn’t call this hotel child friendly- one of the reasons I booked it was the pool which looked toddler friendly but then I discovered that it’s from 14y.o+. And I haven’t seen this information on Expedia page, where I booked the hotel. And you need to pay extra for it. Haven’t seen a single person by the pool. Another problem is the AC that was turning on on its own all the time and it was super cold on the warmest setting. The hotel is nice and modern, but people working there seemed more annoyed than happy to assist and we didn’t need assistance so idk what’s their problem. Overall would not recommend this place for a family, but probably could be fine for couples.

I was very happy with my room and the dining options, and the front desk was very helpful when I had to check out a day early, arranging transport and helping me to get a refund, as I had to change my plans.

It’s a beautiful hotel and the staff is amazing! Every morning the breakfast staff worked very hard and always had a great display of food!

The rooms really need to be renovated. The real downfall is that the pool is only accessible for people ages 13 and up. Children are not allowed. This was very disappointing especially since there was no one ever at the pool.

Service and hospitality was impeccabile.

I was only there for one night, but the people were so accommodating and welcome. I went to the spa with a hair emergency, and the lady there helped me with my hair and didn’t even want to charge me. Of course I paid her but her hospitality andcwarmth, even when I didn’t speak Italian, it’s some thing I will never forget.

The beach by this hotel is beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay here. The dinner we had at the restaurant was one of our favorite meals we had our whole trip!

It was amazingly gorgeous. Great service from the front desk to the restaurant to the spa and rooms. Will come back again for sure. Beautiful views from our room. It was breathtaking. Beach was very clean and the lifeguards were very accomodating. 👍 Thank you!

lovely hotel

This hotel is wonderful, I plan to return and spend more time at this location. The service was exceptional. It is right on the Mediterranean beach front in close proximity to walking trails with wonderful sunsets.

Very disappointed as the entire Spa was closed, the reason why I booked this pricy hotel in the first place.

Nice find, right on a beautiful beach. Slightly quirky by luxury hotel standards. Restaurants in the hotel are of a very high quality.

We stayed with my mom in delux room with big balcony facing the sea. The room was charming and the view was fantastic! The balcony has a big sunbed for two people. Personnel at reception is very helpful! Special thanks to Daniela and Paolo! The restaurant at the hotel, though not cheap, is really good! Everything we took for four dinners was delicious! and people serving there make experience really special! Special thanks to Antonio! Overall - calm cozy nice place to relax at clean comfortable beach and spa, as well as enjoy good food!

This is a beautiful comfortable hotel right on the beach. The staff is professional and friendly and the food is excellent.They loan you bikes at the hotel or you can walk about 20 minutes into the town of Sabaudia. The beach is beautiful and clean and so is the water
