Hotel is in a great location. Code only entry but code received asap.

Great place to stay, 5 minutes from the train and coach station and 5 minutes from the old town. Its more like a hotel than a hostel as my en suite room was great. Communication from the staff was great and even though they are not there 24/7, its easy to contact them. Will 100% stay here again

avoid this hotel. No staff on site. ad to call to get instructions to get in. No heat. Had to plug in refrigerator to make it work. No free parking from 8AM to 8PM. Fined7 euros because did not know it was free. Paid 18 euros to park the next day. Next day 2 towels replaced. No new tea bags, garbage not emptied and comforters not even straightened. Beds were terrible, went down I foot whensat on. Not all hall lights worked. Asked to leave 8 euros for city tax. Very BAD experience.

The problem was there was no one at the front desk to contact. I idi not receive sms messages on my phone and had to rely on strangers to phone for check in information.

We waited outside and couldn’t check in since there was no one staffed and no one answering the phone. No prior communications from the hotel whatsoever that we had to make arrangements before hand if we were flying in late. Got a room in another hotel for the night around midnight and all was good .

Convenient for railway station and Old Town. Despite booking a city view, this was not available - claimed to be subject to availability. Bedside lights did not work, no ceiling fan, poor offering of tea bags, no room service, room cleaning haphazard at best - occasional making of bed, failure to clean glasses and mugs. After 3 days, the lights in the elevator failed. When I pointed these issues to the occasional receptionist, I was told that if I didn't like the hotel, I could always find another hotel.

Perfect location near Old Town. Front desk staff at check in was very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, wifi was spotty at best.

no toilet in or near the lobby no soap or shampoo in the bathroom only inear the sink. when needed a shower no soap so we had to take off the device near the sink and use in the shower very poor and disappointing

Nice, quiet hotel in the south part of Vilnius old city. The hotels location is very comfortable - 10-15 min to the center of old city. The big market is 100m from the hotel. Same with the small stores which opened till midnight. Near this hotel you have also the bus central station and train station (5 min walking) from where you can take bus or train (very cheap tickets) to other cities like Trakai, including international trips to Moscow etc.The breakfast was awesome. The hotel doesn't have its own parking.

The location is great, only across the street from central market, where all local food are available. 7-8mins walk from railway and bus terminal. The room is ok, don't expect much for this price. The only problem was the wifi was very weak, even none.

Good overrated but nothing to write home about. Good location, average breakfast, the bed too soft. Would not mind to stay again but it will not be among my favorites.

Breakfast was plentiful, but unvaried. Towels were small.

The hotel was clean, well kept, and nicely located. The staff was helpful if not overly friendly. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of foodstuff. The coffee was great. Some customers might see the hotel as offering few services: no bar or bar service, tiny little television, staff that spoke very little English, etc. Personally, l thought the hotel well-suited to my purposes. I was happy with it.

Nice hotel. Nothing fancy but worth the price. Clean room, good speed wi-fi, simple but good enough breakfast. Room was small size but OK if you only need place to sleep. Towels were changed and room was cleaned every day. Neiboughood is not that great, but very close to old city.

Good location, quick walk to most attractions. Room in good condition, nice bathroom and shower.

The website would have you believe this hotel is in the old town, while it is only a short walk to the old town the area the hotel is in itself is pretty undesirable with poorly lit streets in the vicinity. The road leading from the hotel to the Bus/Train stations has a large section which is completely unlit. The room itself had many flaws as well, two single beds that can't be pushed together because of a bulky wooden frame, the most uncomfortable and noisy mattress, a tv which is too small and positioned too highly to watch properly and a shower rail which is too short in height with a curtain which is too long meaning it sticks to you and drags along the floor of the shower. Breakfast was below par, other similar hotels I've stayed in at least offered orange juice not from concentrate and pastries rather than cheap biscuits. The hotel staff were all remarkably friendly and helpful.
