The room was basic but perfect under the title hostal ..clean and in a perfect location ( a bit noisy early in the morning and late in the evening due to its central location )

Gigi the receptionist is very friendly and helpful.. we had a wonderful time and the cost of it been very affordable .. clean quick in and out.. transportation: metro taxis uber around the corner, not to count all you want to eat with a few steps left and right

A great location close to metro and taxi rank but in a reasonably quiet area. And within easy walking distance of some major plazas and excellent tapas places and restaurants. Hotel staff very helpful. The room was a reasonable size and kept very clean.

Bathrooms are small but the location is great. Apparently no ac in the spring so it got hot. Neighbors very noisy one night.

Excellent place in one of the most fun places in central Madrid. There are numerous quality restaurants, shops and theatres nearby. There’s also a taxi stand around the corner. The staff is also very nice and helpful. Check-in is a breeze and mosh of all, the room was very clean and cozy. It’s also very safe. I recommend it and will not hesitate to stay again.

The staff was cheerful and helpful, the location was just what we needed, very convenient and close to the meteo.
