Beautiful view. Great spa. Mediocre restaurant - breakfasts good but dinners below par.

Very happy in general. Perfect if skiing, including the spa, very nice and authentic style of the building. Excellent service in particular the shuttle. A short walk to the village center, though the last 100 meters or so following the roadway rather than a pedestrian path.

A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)

A lovely hotel in a magnificent setting. A free shuttle bus will take you down to the centre of the town any time of day and collect on request. The only shortfall was the lack of aircon during a very hot July

The hotel is very nice and the service was great. However, it is just far enough from the town that it is inconvenient when you want to go out to dinner. Also, the room was very loud. We were on the 2nd floor next to the kids room and directly under the piano upstairs. I would not recommend staying on this floor.

Great hotel, nice ambience, good for family get away. Nice sized rooms and wonderful view of the town. Shuttle bus is convenient and no issue to get to and from ski lifts. Great all round.

An exceptional price was backed up with very reasonably priced dining. The manager and staff went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful. The hotel is on the prime site, high up and overlooking the town below. 5 Star in every respect. Highly rated and the drive in from the south and out to the north has spectacular scenery.

excellent hotel. great food, great rooms, good location. Thanks to all the staff including our complimentary shuttle bus driver but special mention to barman and head waiter who made us feel so welcome. We would also like to recommend the homestube restaurant\bar in the town.

We spent a weekend in this Hotel. It was a birthday present for me and my wife (our birthday is very close). We enjoyed the beautiful SPA. Restaurant was good, breakfast very rich.

This would be a good 3 star, possibly 4 star in UK. The staff were helpful. Wifi is poor and non existent in some bedrooms. Free minibus service to slopes and town excellent.

It was a superb experience. This hotel is a real gem, and the staff is extremely friendly, service-minded and discrete. We will definitely stay there again.

The price was good for a summer holiday, actually a via feratta climb. We enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool. Demetri at the front desk was quite helpful.
