Beau potentiel d’hôtel mais n’est pas entretenu

2nd time staying here for skiing and will be back again. Great ski resort, it was very warm (mid Feb) but most runs were in good enough shape and I even managed to find some excellent off piste runs on slushy snow on south facing slopes. Decent array of food of good quality, comfortable room albeit the family room for 4 is a squeeze. The only other negative is in the evening you might be unlucky at the pool eithferal children running wild with no adult supervision although you can't blame the hotel for that.

RV hotels Tuca has friendly staff and it’s clean. It gets very busy during the winter ski season, and unfortunately for the price you pay it’s a little overpriced. The free parking is defintely a plus, and it’s within walking distance to bars and raestauranrs in downtown Vielha.

very old. not clean. breakfast is terrible and flies everywhere in the dining room. we skipped breakfast on the second day. the doors has simple key lock. doesn't feel safe Don't rely on the in-room safe. it was very small, with a key lock (no keypad) and the key wasn't there at all... not a 4-star. the people at the reception where very nice and helpful. but comparing with other hotels in the valley, including the 3-star hotels - the price was quit low, though

Family room was a bit cramped for 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 & 12 all with ski gear but the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were buffet meals, they did gluten free food and plain pasta on request. Staff were friendly and efficient. Pool doesn't seem to have any changing rooms so have to walk through the hotel wrapped in a towel, but it's a nice space in the garden with a clear roof. Great base for skiing 1st week of April - was c.15min to Baqueria, and c.28min to Beret which were both excellent bases for the slopes and we had excellent spring conditions and even some fresh snow. Baqueira has a big 1000m vertical, Beret c.500m but it's a higher base, slopes are quieter, and has a really nice variety of reds and blues on both sides of the valley and several off piste opportunities. I'll definitely be skiing here again and I'd happily come back to the Tuca.

We were disappointed with the breakfast buffet (mediocre), the pool (not inviting facility unless under 13), the pool tables (bad condition for the euro per game price). All staff was great, friendly and helpful. Good location with an easy walk into Vielha and restaurants, and a quick escape up the road to the slopes.

Have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and we keep going back..we go in the summer and stay as part of our motorcycle tour , and are always impressed by this spacious and very reasonably priced hotel. The food is always good the staff are helpful . It has a covered swimming pool and plenty of parking . When we go its out of season for them as this is a ski resort and it is generally fairly quiet. Great Hotel

Old, no aircondition, very friendly, clean

The lady at the front was very knowlegible and friendly. We were satisfied and will stay again if we travel this region.

Good ski hotel,walk into town

Large comfortable hotel in what is essentialy a ski resort, but in summer months its cheap and practically empty. Great service , swimming pool, good food, set in an area of great scenery.

Large hotel in ski town. Free parking available. Close to downtown Vielha where there are restaurants and other shops.

OK to stay but rather dowdy. Breakfast buffet poor.

We visited in the quiet summer season. The staff were very obliging.Food was not wonderful but then again the hotel is in Spain!

Déçue ! J'étais deja venu dans cet hotel et decue de voir que les frigos presents n'y sont plus. Je trouve que le prix n'est pas du tout justifié. Pas de climatisation, pas de ventilateur, les chambres sont ultra brutantes, la piscine nest pas prevue pour beaucoup de monde, il y a 2 transats accessibles. Et en plus la piscine reste couverte alors qu'il fait 40°. On peut trouver moins cher et mieux

La estancia en general bien, el personal amable y correcto. Pero las habitaciones e instalaciones del hotel necesitan una reforma urgente. El personal hace lo que puede con lo que tiene

En general el hotel está bien. Me gustó el bufet de la cena y desayuno. Tanto las instalaciones del hotel (pasillos, puertas,..) como en las habitaciones necesitan una reforma. La piden a gritos. aún así, es un sitio adecuado y cómodo para estar.

No me ha gustado habitación calurosa, no está climatizada. Me ha gustado, comedor amplio, desayuno bien, y plata restaurante amplia y confortable
