Excellent place to stay. Walking distance to Plaza Mayor. The on-site restaurant has a great menu and their staff is excellent.

This was an amazing hotel with lovely room comfy bed and very clean. Super friendly staff. Breakfast superb and underground car parking was safe . Highly recommended

Poor value. Unfriendly reception staff. Spa was full. The only reason we stayed was for the children to enjoy the spa. I wish we spent our money somewhere else.

Not bad hotel, but no swiming pool, too hot in the hallways (was summer), and they charge 2 euro for half a liter of water. Breakfast was good on the sweet side, but if you want real food (eggs, meat) you will be not lucky. The toilet in my room was not working properly.

No air conditioning, they turn it off for the season, but it was very warm. The windows didn’t open.

Modern comfortable hotel , very conveniently located within a few minutes walk of the historic centre of Caceres .Free parking in secure underground facility , and our experience was also enhanced by free upgrade to a larger room . Staff at reception very helpful .Would happily return to this hotel if back in Caceres .

A good large hotel with full amenities. The staff are professional rather than friendly. The hotel is ready for major redecoration, but everything functioned well.

A nice clean hotel in great location and friendly staff. Also a superb breakfast and spacious parking. Only gripe was I used the ‘pet friendly’ filter when booking as we were bring out small dog Arthur. I wasn’t aware of the €15 surcharge but worse was he wasn’t allowed in the bar, restaurant or breakfast area. We could sit outside and we were provided a heater by friendly staff. However if you list yourself as pet friendly then be pet friendly- across Spain we’ve been allowed inside restaurants/ breakfast areas and rarely turned away from a bar so in summary it’s incredibly unnecessary non pet friendly policy that clearly staff don’t like enforcing and is completely unnecessary.

Very nice hotel with perfect location within a few meters to the main square. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Parking was also fairly easy. The only problem was the wifi, it was terrible, slow and cutting off all the time.

An excellent hotel with fantastic rooms and facilities. The hotel offers an excellent dining option with a varied and imaginative menu. Highly recommend for the through traveller as well as those looking to explore Cáceres. Very happy to go back again
