My fave hotel in Watford! So close to the high street and the train station. The hotel and restaurant are lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfy and despite the hotel being nearly full! We had a peaceful night.

We truly enjoyed our stay here, friendly staff and amazing team of ppl! We choose this place for our friends and family to stay as well. Definitely a place we will be back .

Normally everything fine when we stay here but I was very uncomfortable with how unclean the bed sheets were from the day we check r in we has been given unclean sheets until the day we checked out. I was also ignored by a staff member on the day of the check in but a young lady saw that and helped me get checked in Un sure why I got ignored but thought that was very rude and the look she gave me also was too

Nice clean room, good size. Check in was great and asked about the car park payment to ensure I didn't get over charged or fined. You have to pay before leaving the car park

Staff went above and beyond for valentines day. Helping me set up a room, i cant thank them all enough. Highly recommend
