I would very highly recommend The Millers Arms for anyone that is staying in Canterbury. In fact I would highly recommend staying even if you were visiting other places close to Canterbury. Our stay was amazing, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the food was also fantastic, and we just had an amazing time all-round. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Wonderful stay in historic Canterbury. The Miller’s Arms is an affordable, comfortable hotel in the historic heart of Canterbury. Set above a delightful pub with an excellent restaurant, it is run by a charming team. Sitting outside, looking over the mill stream, with a nice glass as the sun sets… unforgettable.

Thelis is home from home, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location is very central.

Wonderful little Pub/Hotel. Location is terrific. Walk to everything: 5 mins to the Cathedral; Restaurants/Shops; Sainsbury's is behind the parking lot. Pub is quintessential pub 'vibe' and the food is outstanding--really elevated menu and presentation/flavor. Rooms are adequate and clean. Staff is terrifically friendly and accommodating. We will return, next time around.

The breakfasts were scrumptious!!! Location was five minutes away from Canterbury cathedral and the main drag. Staff were very attentive, friendly and polite. Shoutout to Paul, Jenny and Lauren!

Great property in a great location. Easy walking distance to the historical centre and we could see the catheral from our window. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Keep in mind this is accommodation above a historical pub. The stairs are narrow and there will be some creaking. But it was surprisingly quiet and things shut down by 10 pm. Only downside from my perspective was that we stayed 3 nights during a heat wave on the top floor with no air conditioning. Nothing the pub could do about that and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The included breakfast was fantastic. I would return.
