I am EXTREMELY disappointed! because my family and I, all three of us contracted COVID-19 and suffered food poisoning during our time at the resort.
The rooms are very dirty, with dirty facilities and rooms that showed signs of mold. Additionally, the behavior of the workers in the lunch room restaurant was highly concerning, as we observed them sneezing without covering their mouths near the food.
This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied and concerned for the health and safety standards at Rixos Premium Bodrum. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and i need you to look into reimbursement to keep me as a customer with Expedia. I tried to cancel my rest of itinerary and take back my money through rixos management but they refused to do so. This is the WORST resort, everyone should avoid!
