This hotel requires a major overhaul from mattress / towels. I found the cleanliness average and so was the breakfast. Wouldn’t recommend

Hotel was safe, room very quiet, bed very comfortable. Our room had a spacious terrace. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with many choices including cooked to order omelettes and fresh squeezed juice. We enjoyed being in the heart of the Palermo neighborhood with many restaurants. The only negative was the floor in our room was very dirty.

Hotel and staff are very good. Rooms are spacious and well air conditioned. Breakfast is good. Position of hotel is excellent for Palermo night life. Roof top has small pool and would be better if there was a bar service. There is a charge for daily bottled water which is usually an included item.

The property was is a great location, close to many restaurants and shopping. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and always going out of their way to please. We had a lovely large deluxe room -very comfortable. Thank you All at the Nuss Hotel.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Nuss before a ship cruise. Very nice, quiet quaint boutique hotel. Service was very good. In a very nice and convenient neighbourhood. Many restaurants, boutique shops and cafes. Very interesting area.

Lovely boutique hotel great staff, clean, good breakfast!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly (the staff who manage the breakfast area are phenomenal and were a highlight of our stay) and the location is incredible. The hotel is situated in the middle of the bustling Palermo neighborhood, so you have a tremendous number of bars and restaurants within a short walk (the downside can be noise when the bars close, but it was manageable). It's about a thirty minute drive to Recoleta or the central business area. Housekeeping was not consistent, and one day we found that our bed had been made using a pillow case covered in dried blood. The hotel staff was always quick to address any deficiency, however. We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to any friends who might be visiting.

Absolutely wonderful experience.Beautiful hotel, great location, and a staff who’s friendliness and efficiency is second to none.I would just suggest that if you are sensitive to noise you should request a room in the back as the action in front can get busy and loud.

Great little hotel in a perfect location in Palermo.

This is a boutique hotel in a great location. The A/C in the rooms is fantastic and it was needed as our visit was during record temps. It does not have the top quality service of the larger hotel BA hotels but the staff are very helpful and friendly

Perfect location in heart of Palermo Soho… just lovely little picket of wonderfulness! Great little pool on rooftop terrace to cool off in the summer heat, too. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, charming boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo Soho. Stellar location, incredibly walkable, just a bit noisy overnight (street noises, pubs nearby, other guests coming in late and slamming doors shut). Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff were lovely and spoke English. Traveled with my husband and toddler. Would recommend. Thanks.

Excellent and very friendly hotel in the best neighborhood. The room was super comfortable and extremely clean. The front desk staff was so wonderful, especially Juan. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast requires some improvement as it is simple as it could be. On the other side there are plenty of options nearby for food and entertainment.
