The suite was perfect really large and it looked like it had just been refurbished. Breakfast however was disappointing. Tea and coffee poor and the hot stuff wasnt very nice, this was strange as the food in the restaurant the day before was ok

Clean and spacious room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Freshly cooked English breakfast was great. Good location for Ashford.

Quiet and clean

When we arrived the outside looked like it needed a little bit of TLC but once we got inside could not fault it. We are four married ladies that just wanted a weekend away to chill, unwind with a bit of retail therapy thrown in. This hotel was perfect for that. We stayed in a spacious room with 4 single beds. Staff were lovely. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. And to top it off we were a 5-10 cab ride away from Ashford designer outlet. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying there again.

Comfortable large double room, clean and fresh smelling. The on-suite was large and well set out. Only negative was a shower that barely sprayed, no pressure and the temperature fluctuated. Bed was very comfortable and the quilt heavy. Food was standard pub fare well cooked and delicious. The staff were were good, welcoming and helpful. Car parking was easy and secure. Will stay again if available.

Pretty disappointing bar shuts at 10pm What hotel shuts it’s only facility for food and drink at 10 ?

My wife and I stayed for 6 nights and could not have been more pleased. The rooms have been recently updated and the bathroom worked well and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast and dinners we ate were wonderful. Well prepared and ample portions. The entire place was very clean. The best part of the experience at the Conningbrook was the employees. All were very jovial and helpful and couldn't do enough to make your stay memorable. I would highly recommend a stay here if you are staying in Ashford.

The welcome to the hotel was great and the room was decorated really nice, warm room and bathroom is so nice, Good pub attached we didn't eat at the restaurant, That's the good bits, Unfortunately there are some bad bits, we were put in room 25, and the people above us seemed like they were walking a marathon, most the night and from 4.00am in the morning all we could hear is floor boards moving across the whole room, then we had a toilet waste in the corner of the room which you could hear every flush like it was in your room. Not the best mattress i woke up with a bad back, I went to reception at 20.00 and no one was there, if there was any lines of communication to follow i missed it, Very disappointing visit.

The room was huge, bathroom newly remodelled and the bedroom too, nee carpet, paintwork. Staff were friendly, bar was nice.

I was upgraded from a single to a double room, which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and very clean. It was however, slightly chilly as the heated towel rail in the bathroom was turned off. I hunted everywhere for a switch and eventually asked staff member, who showed me it was above head height, above the door! Once turned on, the room took some time to warm up. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We were delighted with the family room! There was so much space for the three of us and we had a very comfortable stay.

Recently refurbished lovely hotel.

The room was clean and virtually new as just been revamped. Fantastic shower room and large bed. All brilliant.

Plenty of parking & nice meals. The room had recently been refurbished and was very nice but the refurbishment was obviously ongoing in other areas.
