This was a terrible experience. I booked a single bed, but got two double beds pushed together to make one, which is not okay at all.

The service from the counter staff was unfriendly; they didn't smile and their greetings were met with a tone that suggested they didn't want to provide service.

This is a very old hotel that requires a full renovation. I've stayed here for more than 2 decades and I'm only here because of the location. I do hope the hotel management will do something about it as many new hotels are opening in the same location.

The hair dryer is extremely old; I was so afraid it would explode and give me an electric shock! I understand the hotel is old, but they should still check the equipment. The food was just okay, but the staff provided good service. The location is excellent; you can walk to Tha Pae Walking Street.

We had a great time at the Amora. The location is excellent, the lobby is gorgeous, and the pool is very nice. While some have noted that the rooms are dated, they are by no means bad. The housekeepers are not very good at cleaning, but everything else is okay. The staffs provide good service. The hotel is near the walking street, which is convenient.

I had two awesome nights staying in Amora Hotel. The room is clean with complete amenities. The staff was helpful and friendly. Food tastes good. It is located in the city center of Chiang Mai just across the West Gate of Old Town. Bars, Coffee Shop, restaurant, and night market is nearby. Oh ya, their rate is affordable as well.
