Excellent hotel…. Room was warm if needed….get the breakfast for the xtra 3 euros……quiet… pool.. nice reception area. Friendly expedient staff… my second visit and the same excellence.. refrigerator.. only drawback no hot water pitcher for morning Cofee ir tea.. but for the price of breakfast no need

Its walking distance to the beach and all the little shops along the beach. Very peachful

This place needs major improvements. Our room reeked of smoke even though we asked for a non-smoking room. Breakfast had a decent variety, but the food was cold- at 7:30am! The bed covers and towels had stains on them. The only positive comments are that the hotel has a nice exterior and pool, location is nice. We were just glad to have stayed the least amount of days possible here.

This hotel is approx 4km from centre of Volos and is situate in a small resort with beach and the usual facilities .We use it for short stay trips as its difficult to park in Volos and its easier to get a taxi each way when we go into the centre.It has a small car park but there is plenty of room for street parking.recepception is very friendly and helpful and when they call a taxi its often there before we walk out of the hotel .We find Volos is like a mini salonika -its buzzing at night and the local council seem to be spending money to improve their city .There is now a dual carriageway from the north/south motorway right into the city .

It was terrible. The saff was very uncarring. The general conditions were like in a 3rd grade youth hostel, especially the batroom. One almost finished roll of tualet paper, what made you go to the reception to ask for anothet, same goes for the a/c - they keep the controll there and during the night when heat was unbarrible, I had to ask for it. Pictures they advertize do not reflect reality. Will never return .

A very friendly hotel ,perhaps in need of a face lift but perfectly adequate for a few days stay .It is a few hundred metres from the beach and small resort here . We leave the car parked and get a taxi in ,as avoids looking for parking spaces .Now our fourth stay here .

Lovely clean hotel with helpful friendly staff and safe area. I would definitely stay here again when waiting for the Volos ferry. And the dog was happy too.

Low price hotel - low comfort. The two old men working at the front desk were absolutely unenthusiastic to help. The lady was very friendly tho. Breakfast is OK. Parking is right next door. The walls and door is so thin you could hear everything from outside. Hotel is only good for spending a quick night and then leaving.

Booked for 3 nights, stayed 1. Need lot of maintenance + cleanliness

We arrived late and left early. It is clean, quiet and quite beautiful, though we didn't use the pool or spa. The room was very basic, no frills. Staff very nice and the breakfast we fine, too. We asked to leave our baggage there while we sailed for a few days, and they were totally accomodating. I think it's a great place. The shower was a bit rudimentary, but again, it was just a quick stay for us and was everything we needed.

I liked that the hotel was tucked out-of-the-way on a quiet street. However, the bathroom drain seems to have become a breeding ground for various flying insects. The bathroom floor had a layer of black soot and the floor in the adjoining room was not clean.
