Quest Potts Point is a fantastic place to stay as it is very close to king cross train station and bus stop. Easy access. Rooms are spacious and clean, perfectly with all the kitchenette you need, iron board in room, etc. Staff are Great, roof top can see nice view of Sydney eye tower. I contacted Quest via email, they suggested many good suggestions including best way to go from airport, airport transfer options, and they even help to book for my family and I. Great choice ! Will come back for sure.

The position of the room in the basement, the room is very humid. There is no signal in the room except the vodafone or optus operator. the cleanliness of the room is decent. The room size is very large and has complete facilities but the bathroom is very small. Because the position of the room is lower than the road, many people throw cigarette butts into the courtyard of the room, the staff are mostly good, but some are not good and don't greet. If you want to stay there make sure to bring a credit card, they don't accept cash as a deposit.
