Sadly rather dissapointed here. Arrival and reception very good. However when trying to take a shower we found that getting into the bath was extremly difficult. Im 70 but still fairly active, the bath was a very high one because of the spa feature, and the width was very wide and everything was tiled - walls, floors and sink unit. We asked to change the room because of this and this cost €100 for 2 nights. When we had checked in we asked to eat in the restaurant and reception said they would need to check with chef that he had enough for 2 more. Chef must have said ok and so we went to dinner. We were served luke warm meat that looked like it had been in storage for a while. The rooms and hotel generally were cold, no heating was on. Final grip, after breakfast it was impossible to get a drink in the hotel until the bar opened about 4, no cold drink and no coffee etc. On a positive the pool area was excellent and good parking with an EV charger

I stayed for 1 night. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and nice. Excellent view from the balcony. I hope to stay again next year for longer to enjoy the area more.

We loved this hotel so much. The food (breakfast and dinner) was so good we didn’t eat anywhere else during our stay. The amenities were amazing, we loved the pool, two different saunas, steam room and jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. We were sad to leave.

Excellent service and friendly staffs. We stayed here 1night during our anniversary trip in Dolomite and they have upgraded the room with a bottle of champagne. Everything was perfect! Thank you,

This is a great hotel. It is very well located in the middle of the Dolomites. Rooms are very nice and my bathroom had a bath tub with view to the mountains. Buffet breakfast is excellent. All staff are very friendly. Dinner was excellent three plate menu with different options to choose from every day. Fantastic food. I strongly recommend this hotel. I didn't try the indoor pool or sauna but they look great. Grazie mille!!!

Great ski hotel, little expensive but for good quality half board food, nice relaxing social areas and lots of hotels facilities like pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, pool table it is a good setup. Location is not quite on the slopes for ski in / ski out but hotel shuttle service to slopes in morning and afternoon was great.

Very kindly stuff, well organised transfer to the ski slopes, big indoor swiming pool and spa with saunas and good massage. Location near the Santa Croce and Sponata chairlifts, which are connected with other ski slopes. A lot of walking possibilities. Free afternoon snacks and good wi-fi all over the area.

Haben uns von anfang an wohl gefühlt. Das hotel bietet auch bei regentagen viele möglichkeiten. Gute Lage und sehr freundliches Personal

Das 3-Gänge am Abend war hervorragend. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war sehr gut. Die Sportmöglichkeiten waren top. Die Feuerschale am Abend bzw. der Qualm war störend, da wir genau unser Zimmer oben drüber hatten und nicht lüften konnten.

Spontan am selben Tag das Einzelzimmer mit 18 qm gebucht. War echt überrascht, das es sich um zwei Zimmer gehandelt hat (Nr. 438) und es war deutlich mehr Platz als gedacht. Das zweite Zimmer war ein kleines Wohnzimmer, mit Sofa, Sessel, Tisch und man alleine doch reichlich Platz. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und das Vorspeisenbuffet sehr reichlich, inkl. Speck, Salami, Schinken, etc. Die Frühstücksauswahl war ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig inkl. losem Tee, jede Menge Teilchen und ein echt leckere Cappuccino. Das Zimmer hatte eine Duschwanne, aber das war ok für mich. Toll ist natürlich nach der Motorradtour das Schwimmbad und den Whirlpool zum entspannen zu nutzen. Das Zimmer geht zwar zur Straße aber ab 22 Uhr oder so lässt der Verkehr sowieso deutlich nach und fängt dann vielleicht erst wieder so gegen 7:30 Uhr an, also passend zum Frühstück und weiter fahren. Nachdem es nur Vorgänge gibt und diese nicht wirklich das Zimmer verdunkeln, sollte man ggf. eine Schlafbrille mitnehmen.
