Shower was terrible- water did not get hot enough and low pressure. Bed was hard

The room smelled and it was stuffy. The a/c wasn’t getting cool like it should and the water pressure wasn’t that good.

The air conditioning only cooled the room to 78°. There were tiny ant like bugs in the room. No ice machines available because they were all broken. The staff was very nice.

Room was clean and staff was friendly.

So thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly.

I loved the friendly interaction with staff and the helpfulness attitude. The cleanliness of facility was good but it would be great with more attention to details and repair.

Staff was abundantly friendly and helpful. The accessibility room was meh.

Found a hair in my bed when I turned down bedsheets and left hair on bathroom vanity in clear view. Called front desk and was given all new bed sheets -- I just slept on top of bed with blanket - did not change sheets. And was told to speak with front desk when checking out. Upon doing so, I was offered Mariott points but was told that was all that employees could do. I'm not a Mariott member so guess I'll try to speak to manager in next few days to request monetary compensation........very disappointed.

Very basic. Fridge, coffee pot etc cheap and old. Disappointing for a Marriot, not worth the money. Won't return.

Fantastic service! Our window was stuck slightly open but we didn’t complain about as it didn’t bother us too much. Staff were so nice we didn’t feel like complaining lol

Hotel staff was extremely nice. The hotel was under construction and the room I originally reserved was unavailable. But the staff was nice and gave me discount.

Property is dated and needs paint and new appliances. The bedding and pillows are great. The beds are HARD. The area is a bit sketchy but turbed out ok. The people were excellent and breakfast provided is outstanding!

All the staff was super nice and helpful. Room was very nice. Did not care much for the breakfast. We would stay there again.
