The hotel staff were friendly and professional but what I don't get was their policy when it comes to booking Pay Cash upon check in. I was charged in my bank the full amount a day prior to my check in date without my knowledge and still they asked for the payment cash payment upon check in. I only found out when I checked my bank that they took the money from my bank. I spoke to the staff and they said it was for card verification only and should be refunded with 3 banking days. I have waited for almost weeks now and still the money wasn't returned. It 's so inconvenient for the customer and feels like I was robbed to be honest. Not a pleasant experience at all!

This hotel is perfect for super early/late arrivals and departures. Literally a stone’s throw away from the airport. I appreciate how our stay was bumped up to the Ambassador Floor plus you can’t beat the privacy of your own buffet right on the same floor. The buffet spread was more than enough to satisfy all my varied cravings. Thanks for making my stay awesome. Till next time!

They said it was a non-smoking room but the smell of the smoke is everywhere.

We stayed for one night at Waterfront Airport Hotel in Cebu. Hotel is a bit date but well maintained. There is an old glamor vibe the moment we stepped into the lobby. We liked our room as it was spacious and clean. Our bed was comfortable too. Our stay was short but it provided us with our much-needed rest before our very delayed flight in the morning.

Waterfront Mactan gave us an upgraded accommodation. They provided us a shuttle service to the newly opened Mactan Cebu International Airport Terminal 2. It was a superb service at 3am. Thank you too to the staff of UNO Cafe.

Accommodation stick Airport Just walk across the street to go. It also has a free airport shuttle service as well. Facilities for people with lots of luggage.
