The hotel was charming ,in a great location and wonderful staff.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful and delicious little restaurant bar. Staff very courteous and helpful. My only disappointment was the flooring in my room really needed replacing as some of the floor boards were lifting on the edges causing a very high fall risk . I actually stubbed my toe a couple of times.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is well maintained, very clean. Decorated with beautiful antiques and Mexican art. Very happy to have private parking available and the restaurant and bar was across the street but also tastefully decorated and well staffed. Would highly recommend this hotel

A nice, clean hotel in the heart of Centro. A wonderfully maintained older building, but renovated to modern quality standards. Quiet and secure, with helpful staff. Unfortunately restaurant was under renovation during my stay.

Peaceful place.

Staff is not courteous, no help with luggage unless demanded, no elevator for the third story hotel. Restaurant is across the street, parking is a couple of doors away not connected to the hotel. Reception staff is indifferent, not hospitable. THE WORST AND DANGEROUS ARE THE UNEXPECTED STEPS AS YOU OPEN THE DOOR OF SOME SUITES! NO WARNING PROVIDED BY THE RECEPTION EMPLOYEES, NO WARNING POSTED, NO COURTESY LIGHT EITHER. WE ARRIVED AT NIGHT TO A COMPLETELY DARK SUITE AND ONE OF US SUFFERED A BAD FALL. NEVER WILL STAY THERE AGAIN!

The rooms and entire hotel was very very clean and a good location to walk to the National Park which was a lovely place to wander around!

the hotel is amazingly beautiful, a very historic place. The room was comfy,we had everything we needed, coffee maker, microwave, personal safe. The only small complaint is the 24 in TV, at first I thought it was a computer monitor but no it was the TV, defenitly to small. Staff amazingly helpful. Hotel within walking distance to main plaza. Highly recommend this beautiful place. Looking forward to my next visit to Uruapan.
