It was good for the price. Manager upgraded us to a beautiful top floor suite. Staff were very friendly

This was a great place to stay, clean, very nice and one of the best things was the inside parking garage

Rooms are good size and very clean

Had plenty of space for the three of us, a nicely equipped kitchen, small balcony, large bathtub, close to town with great views of the Canadian Rockies.

We did like the indoor parking and handiness to our room

We had a quick overnight on our way to Kelowna. The bed was comfortable, and the restaurant was very good, would recommend.

Staff are awesome, has underground parking and clean rooms. Only complaint was the hide a bed could use a new mattress.

We chose this property as it had reviews that said it was clean and well maintained. It was none of the above. It is older, did not have HD tv as advertised, it needed a thorough cleaning especially the corners of every room. The sheets on the bed had seen a lot of use, pilling and not fitting the mattress properly. The mattress was old and squished down. The front desk staff were not super friendly or helpful. Incredibly disappointed.

Great resort for a very reasonable price. Loved views of mountains and fireplace in room!

A lot nicer place then expected

Main reason for my low score is air conditioning in the room. They provide portable air conditioner that’s not effective at all. It make more noise and occupies space that makes it difficult to walk. Please see attached pictures. It’s a safety hazard for the guests than any use. The rooms are dark too.

Everything was amazing, beautiful room, only issue is the “leather” chairs were peeling… badly. Little black bits everywhere, and we hardly sat on those chairs as there was also a couch. Overall wonderful stay though!

Made some requests before arrival and they were able to accommodate. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Room is cleaned and organized. Also pet friendly. Check in was easy and quick. Also have under ground parking.

Rooms were spacious, updated and clean. Staff was super eager to help.

We loved our suite, especially the mountain views. Our suite was clean, spacious, and quiet. Will definitely book this place again next time we visit Canmore.
