The staff if friendly and I love the location . One thing I didn’t like as much is that I feel the property needs to be updated . The bathrooms definitely need to be updated

The staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions. The hotel is situated on the malecon near the historic center of Campeche, thus making it very convenient to explore the town by foot.

It is a comfortable place, very clean, good breakfast, but a little dated. I would definitely stay there again. Very nice friendly people. Nice walk to the beautiful historic center and very close to shopping and restaurants.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The plunge pool was nice as were the hotel public areas. I did however have a problem at check in. I had booked a room with a queen but received 2 double beds. Went back to reception and informed them and then was put in a room with 1 double bed. I have a feeling someone from the 2 bus tours that arrived got my room. To avoid the frustration I just stayed in the single. The room I was in only had a TV and air conditioning. No mini fridge, coffee maker or microwave. Maybe if I had been put in the room I booked my experience would have been better. Is this hotel worth the $125 CAD a night I paid for it. Nope! Not even close.

Excelente hotel. Muy bien ubicado, frente al Malecon y muy cerca del centro de Campeche. Muy bonito, habitaciones limpias y amplias. Poco ruido y staff muy amable. El estacionamiento muy conveniente tambien.
