STAFF WERE AMAZING! VICTORIA OUR POOLSIDE SERVER WAS ABSOLUTE AMAZING! WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE EVERYDAY ENJOYABLE!

Great place for the price! Good was good and service was excellent! Staff is very friendly and take service to the next level! Highly recommend!

Well maintained property. Knowledgeable staff. Excellent beaches and pooles. Beautiful suite, with hot tub and balcony. Weather was perfect for sunbathing and swimming.

Very family friendly resort with good pools and beach. The food was great but staff service was very slow, understaffed at most areas and the staff could not keep up with the crowd especially at breakfast buffet and lunch times. We have been to many resorts over last decade and I would say, this resort has a very poor staff service. They are inattentive, busy, could not get basic things to your food table before you finished your meal, like filling the glass with water, silverware, cup of coffee etc

Kid friendly, lots of activities! Great food and drinks . Just book the trip !

Very Convenient & enjoyable pool area for families to have fun.

We had terrible service at the restaurants and the food was not good at the Mexican restaurant (server wouldn’t come take our order then after we finally got our food he never returned to us. We got up and walked out) and Italian restaurant.

Expected more from a Hyatt property. The room service and room service staff were great. Buffet had limited options and most food was terrible. Staff was not that friendly. Overall for the price you can stay somewhere else and get more for your $$

It was just alright as opposed to last time when we were blown away by the experience. This time responsiveness wasn't there; seemed staff wasnt being supported or directed very well.

Love Dreams Jade for its very welcoming and hardworking staff, close proximity to the airport and many tourist hot spots, quality dining and beverage/bar options and ability to eat in any restaurant without having to book in advance (except for Teppanyaki at Spice), excellent onsite and offsite activities for all ages, hotel safety and cleanliness, its quiet location outside the hustle and bustle of Cancun, beautiful pool areas and beach and never having a problem to find chairs, ability to relax without being hassled by vendors, beautiful hotel design and smaller intimate hotel feeling with access to everything you could ever need! We are longtime Hyatt members and have visited several Dreams locations in the Caribbean. We strongly recommend Dreams Jade if you’re looking for a perfect family, friends, or couples vacation, or to celebrate a special occasion or wedding! Thank you Dreams Jade for a lifetime of fun memories and making us feel just like family!!

Becareful i booked a spa for my 1st day, as soon as i got in they sent me to a time share trap who promised me credits to sit through a 90 min session, and rescheduled my spa day.They went over to 2 hours and 15 minutes, and they tried to keep my Id to keep ne there longer.When i decided to leave without my ID they got were not happy to have to find me to bring it to me.This 2 hour plus workshop in turn messed up my schedule fpr the spa,which i ended up missing and they charged me for it right before i was checking out.Will never stay here again.The staff is in on the scam BEWARE....too bad too because other than that i enjoyed myself

The beach was wonderful. The food is above average. The resteraunts do not require reservations and the decoration of each one and food is excellent. The property is very tropical and pretty to walk around. There is plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. The entertainment in the theater is lacking. They need to work on that, a lot! But the music out in the common area was very good. The spa is very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would return. The rooms need a little bit of upkeep and a deep cleaning but they are roomy. Definitely, upgrade to an oceanFRONT room. If you pay for an ocean view, it doesnt always mean you get a good view of the ocean or even really see the ocean without leaning over your balcony railing to see it. They did upgrade us to a oceanfront but it took 2 days and 2 hours of waiting in our room for a bellboy to come get us and our bags and show us where our new room was. Worth the wait once we got the oceanfront view!
