Good location (7 minutes walk from Berlin Hauptbahnhof and close to Brandenburg Gate). Apartment clean and has everything you need for a short stay including washing machine and tumble dryer, cooking facilities, fridge with small ice box. Staff friendly, however rooms were unseasonably warm. We had a room with a balcony, ideal for a smoke before bed. Overall good apartment, sofa maybe needs updating as quite lopsided but clean and good facilities.

Convenient location and a good property for a stay in Berlin.

Loved staying here in Berlin. So central to the central station, easy walk to river, restaurants etc. I would stay here again when visiting Nerlin

The Adina Hotel in Mitte was a really great choice for our family. We had one of the two bedroom suites that includes a kitchenette. I'd say that the room was a little bit worn out and could use some updates. Also, the room could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived. But, overall it was a terrific location and the staff is outstanding! I've hardly seen such helpful staff at the front desk. They were so nice and accommodating and welcoming. Additionally, the location is good. It's far enough out to be quiet, yet walkable to most everything...or at least public transport if going further out. It's walking distance to the main train station which is a bonus when arriving via train.

The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. A special thank you to the barman who made amazing cocktails and went above and beyond at every opportunity. Well done guys

First time we’ve stayed in an Apartment hotel and whilst the room isn’t that much bigger than a decent sized hotel room, having a little kitchen area was helpful. The room and bed was very comfortable. We had a balcony which would have been nice in a warmer season/time of year. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is situated very conveniently for a tram stop which gives you access to the city and is very easy to use. I recommend downloading the BVG app on your phone and either buying a day pass or multi day. We bought day passes at 9:90 Euros which was great value as individual trips are 4 Euros and we used the tram at least 4 times a day.

Loved is. Spa and sauna was amazing. Room exceeded our expectation and kitchnette and washer and dryer was key to making our vacation stress free.

The staff were excellent providing directions and suggestions. The room was comfortable.

It’s a decent hotel in Center East Berlin

A very centrally located place and convenient to travel back and forth from. The tram line is right outside the hotel and is walking distance from the hauptbahnhof.

Very enjoyable. Arrived by plane. Easy train and streetcar trip to hotel. Excellent streetcar and U-Bahn connections all around city. Room was very comfortable with separate bedroom and living room/ kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful full hot breakfast each morning. Safe, clean, quiet surroundings adjacent to a major hospital and wellness campus. We would definitely go back.

Nice location. Nothing rang a bell of particularly bad.

It was home away from home with the added bonus of excellent cleaning service. The kitchenette and large refrigerator was nice to have especially when you have a picky eater for a child. Dishes were also very clean. The washer/dryer in the suite was an added convenience to have. Hotel was quiet, staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a great Italian mom and pop restaurant next door. Location was great! Easy walk to the hbf.

A convenient location with good sized rooms. Very friendly staff. Bike hire was easily sorted.

We had an excellent stay, staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and we’re given access to our room without question. The evening barman was particularly good, so friendly and welcoming and very pleasant to our children. Everything about the hotel was great, service, staff and location.
