Excellent property close to the central train station with a tram stop at the end of the street. A bit away from the high tourist areas which was great. A couple of grocery stores <5 minutes away.

Room is spacious and clean, very quiet and comfortable for a family of 4(3 generations) to share. We didn’t use the kitchen since it was holiday and most shops were closed, hard to get basic grocery. nevertheless it’s nice to have the kitchenette to prepare coffee and toast etc, the washing machine and dryer is a plus, swim pool is great. Location is great, within walking distance to tourist attraction and easy to go around with public transportation.

A very comfortable stay and responsive staff. A good location if you are coming or going by train.

Very nice, conveniently located in Mitte Berlin walkable to everything. Multiple dining options. Beautiful clean rooms and very comfortable bed! The staff was extremely helpful and very nice!

The tub was very high, and the shower head was broken. No cable TV

Spacious enough for our toddler. It had a fully equipped kitchen and a washer /dryer. It was a home away from home

The property was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The only notable downside was that the air conditioning did not function optimally. Additionally, there were occasional instances of loud individuals who were intoxicated and were congregating outside due to the presence of a nearby nightclub. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, as we only encountered the “loud” individuals on one night out of the several days we were there.

Very nice, modern apartment hotel, had everything we needed, including a large mini fridge, microwave, sink, dishes, coffee majer/ french press. AC worked great, hitel was quiet, comfy bed, and a 10 min walk to Central Haupbahnhoff, and easy train or tram service all over Berlin

Room is larger than most European hotels. Well located, an easy 20 minute walk to the Reichstag and area. Reasonable selection of restaurants in the area and a short Uber ride to many more. Had a small kitchenette and with a grocery store being 5 minutes away was easy to have breakfast on site. Property is modern and quite comfortable.

The property was well situated and the are was great for walking into the main city, or sightseeing around mitte. The area felt safe day and night. They had lost our booking so we had a stressful arrival. We were "upgraded" to a 2 bedroom apartment from a 1 bed. It was well appointed but the carpets and shower tray were stained. 2 of the 3 mornings we stayed we were told at breakfast that it wasn't included (although I had paid extra for this). The pool is fairly cold so don't expect to be lounging in there but it's ok for a quick dip. You have to ask them to switch the sauna on so make sure you do a while before swimming as it takes a long time to warm up. Also check they've switched it on as they may tell you they have done only for you to find it's cold.

The location is perfect for me. My Berlin office is around the corner. Plus with week long stays, having a kitchenette is very helfpul.

So clean! Loved our stay. And there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It was great to have a washing machine, dryer and small kitchen after weeks in hotels. I can not fault the hotel except for the location. It is a 10 minute walk from the main train station which was great but it is in a bit of a quiet area (lots of government style buildings around) so it’s a 30 minute walk or further to the main tourist attractions. However the public transport is really easy to use and right outside the door. Would recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay - the location is very convenient for seeing Berlin, and the apartment was perfectly comfortable for our family of 3. The staff was friendly and helpful.

All the staff were very kind and always had a smile, so I felt comfortable asking them anything. There aren’t many shops nearby, but there’s a REWE supermarket about a 10-minute walk away. You can walk from the central station, or it’s just two stops by tram.The room was spacious, and I felt like I was at home.It was equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, and a washer-dryer.

Spacious rooms, had everything we needed. Front desk super helpful with recommendations. Except for a pretty noticeable stain on the sheets, everything else was perfect.

Amazing as always. We stayed here last year and have now made it a yearly tradition to come back. The hotel is clean, rooms are fantastic and the staff are lovely and accommodating. It’s close to some lovely cafes and restaurants, taxi rank, tram and the train station. An all rounder!

Good location (7 minutes walk from Berlin Hauptbahnhof and close to Brandenburg Gate). Apartment clean and has everything you need for a short stay including washing machine and tumble dryer, cooking facilities, fridge with small ice box. Staff friendly, however rooms were unseasonably warm. We had a room with a balcony, ideal for a smoke before bed. Overall good apartment, sofa maybe needs updating as quite lopsided but clean and good facilities.

Convenient location and a good property for a stay in Berlin.
