Very clean hotel, lovely staff, breakfast was nice and well stocked, the only thing is the indoor pool area I think it needs some renovation (the walls where not so much ecstatically pleasing and it would have been nice to have water offered next to the pool as it was very hot inside along side with clean towels display where you can just pick some, have some plants or rock salts etc…). What really surprised me was the room with a modern look and was super clean- the pictures did not make justice!Overall it was a nice and calm experience.

In the middle of nowhere, public transportation is far away.

We booked 2 room, despite that hotel is 100% smoke free, one of our booked was smelling cigarette, the other room we booked the bathroom light didn’t work. We had to complain to the front desk so they changed the room. They said that they upgrade us but the rooms were even smaller than the first rooms we booked. When we moved in the rooms the air conditioning was unusable, so we had to go back to the front desk, so they remotely unlock the air conditioning. We have chosen this hotel because they had a spa, but when we wanted to use the spa they said it was closed. We paid more expensive to have an hotel with Spa but their spa was closed. We went to the top floor indoor swimming pool. The water was not clear, the ceiling was in very bad condition. Partially repaired but downlights were rusted and toilet unusable because it was in the spa area which was closed so in case to go toilet had to go from top floor th basement to go toilet. Bottom line it was a very poorly maintained hotel. It was a very old hotel which was poorly maintained despite renovated. The picture on Expedia showing this hotel are not in line with the poor condition of the hotel. It is a very expensive hotel which doesn’t deliver what they are showing on Expedia. This hotel should be banned from Expedia and boycotted from any clients

Room was always spotless, staff very friendly and helpful, spa was very relaxing. A really lovely place to stay! It’s a little out of the city centre but close enough to tram/a train station/the hotel can arrange a hourly shuttle. I really enjoyed my stay and intend to come back!

Hotel is good, however it is a bit of a distance from the nearest bus/train station.

There are lots of things to like about this hotel unfortunately they are all spa oriented gym good pool good , spa services good and all reaonabily priced . It is off the beaten track and that means poor hotel ettiquete , from most of its guests but pricing and services does cancel some of that put , if you want to be closer to the action dont stay here . Bear in mind the action isnt always worth enjoying , you will save a few quid and ...................... enjoy ?!?!!!?

The staff was very accommodating! And very helpful!!! The room was comfortable.

After all the switching rooms with multiple problems, dirty pool theyvwere not willing to give us some $$ back. We will NEVER stay at any best western

Everything about the hub was amazing except for the location. I specifically picked a place between downtown Milan and San Siro. The problem is that there is nothing nearby. It’s an industrial area. There is a restaurant / Lounge on site. The hotel is very nice and modern. Loved the room. Fridge full of cold drinks. The toilets are a bit confusing to flush. lol! The staff is amazing!
