I was landing in India at 2am and had arranged transportation for the hotel to collect me a month in advance. I landed in India and no transportation. Someone from JW Marriott assisted me in calling the hotel and the employee spent his time saying, “yes I can see the email” rather than we can send a car now or advising how they could help me. I got to the hotel, same employee checked me in who I spoke to on the phone, and acted like nothing had happened. I expressed my frustration, his response was the day team would follow up with me, I reached that hotel at 3am. I am a platinum guest with Radisson so room upgrades and late check outs are standard benefits. No one called me in the morning until they wanted to verify when I was leaving and when I did check out still no manager met me. Nothing offered. No assistance with onward transportation. Needless to say, I will never stay here again.
