This was a horrible experience. I stayed here on business. We arrived that night, exhausted and the smell in the room was bad, we were so exhausted we attempted to deal with it untill the morning but even with a sheet over my head I was gagging the entire night and barely felt rested the next morning for my training. I contacted the front desk about the unbearable stench in the room and she assured me she would move us to another room later that afternoon. After training I checked back and was moved to a cleaner room, she even let me walk in to it to see if it was acceptable and sure enough there were no foul scents. I was ready for a well-rested night in our new room and everything was great until I was rudely awakened at 4:00 a.m. by someone drilling into what sounded like the walls or flooring. Needless to say, I did not get one night of rest in this place. The smell of cigarettes, rotten food and sewer in the first room was completely unbearable and having maintenance work in other rooms in the wee hours of the morning as guests are sleeping is absurd. The young lady at the front desk was a sweetheart, and that's the best thing about this place. She was very helpful. Unfortunately,when I come back on business I will not be staying here again.

It's hard to say the actual condition of our room due to the lack of light. The recessed can light at the entry did not have a bulb and there were only 2 lamps. The bathroom floor was sticky and unclean.

Baseball Trip for my son no issues all weekend

The room smelled horrible. Furniture needed cleaning... stains all over the Furniture. Carpet smelled. Breakfast looked as though it was left sitting out for hrs.

The first time I ever had an issue with a HI Express. Just a poorly run place.

My family was excited for trip. Unfortunately that was ruined because malfunctioning door keys, light in original room was out and what made the worst was the domestic disturbance that was taking place right next door. The staff wasn't the friendliness and I hope it wasn't because of the color of our skin. I love the hotel brand but this experience makes me not want to book here again.

Property I would say it was average, room was kind of smelly, all do sheets and towel were clean, staff/ receptionist was kind of cold like didn’t care.

breakfast late and put up early, check out is 11 and at 11:01 they beating on your door. Along with while cleaning up to 11 they are banging on walls and slamming doors. Not a customer friendly place 😒

The rod for the shower curtain was sagging badly and the curtain wouldn't stay put. I also noticed some areas of the carpet that needed some repairs. The room looked worn.
