The room is beautiful and clean. The bathroom is very elegant. You can soak in the private onsen.

Very spacious room..especially deluxe room

Pros :the hotel services are excellent. They are polite and friendly. the hot bath tub is great. they also provide service to pick up from xinbeitou mrt. you need to book 15mins before hand. Cons: we tried to walk from xinbeitou to the hotel, its really far. The hotel room is a little small. the bed is comfortable but the pillow is too flat, even with two pillow, it doesn't support the neck as well, end up with neck pain in the morning.

great hot springs in room, very excellent !!

Tis hotel is quite old and need refurnishing.
