Very good customer service to start with. Hotel Was very clean and our room was very modern and comfortable. Restaurant was also very good.

Staff were excellent and very helpful at check in.

Loved this property. They upgraded us to a newly renovated room.. so beautiful and modern.. the breakfast was really good also.. I would stay here again!!

Nice hotel with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the hot tubs on the rooftop with good music and a nice atmosphere to finish off our vacation.

Nice and clean hotel, new facilities, good design. However, a bit upset since in room don’t have microwave and very old hair dryer which not match with hotel modern style along with new facilities.

Standard airport hotel with ok roof terrace

The hotel is very convenient to Calgary airport and loved their free shuttle service. Our flight was very early in the morning, so make sure to ask for the free alcohol beverage voucher to use, if your flight is too early in the morning to take advantage of their free breakfast (which didn’t open before our departing flight) Great Hotel, and would definitely stay here again in future!

This was a really good experience at a reasonable price point.

It is an airport hotel - read this as, “You’re going to hear the jets.” Hotel was OK, but nothing stands out. Hot water was very slow to get to my room on 4th floor. Estimated time: 5 minutes of full volume flow and still icy cold. Hallway very noisy, can be heard in bedrooms.
