The staff are really accommodating & helpful. Informed them that my aunt & uncle’s special day & they did make their stay special. Thank you to the team & kudos to all for making them happy on their special day! Would definitely recommend & come back. Everything was perfect! There were no issue during their stay. :)

Some of the hotel was under construction. And the elevators were slow. And rattled. We have always stayed there. And expected more. This time, it fell flat. Not sure if we will be returning.

Internet was great, no issues. Will stay here again.

Clean room great restaurant

Property is close to the airport and has a 24 hour shuttle. Staff is friendly and helpful. We were offered complimentary drinks at restaurant since we were leaving to early to have the continental breakfast which was appreciated. The restaurant was nice and the food was quite good. Wifi free and works great. Room was very clean. We had an early flight and live 20 minutes outside of Calgary so decided to stay close to the airport for convenience.

Front desk staff always friendly and helpful, the Italian reataurant is our favourite, colse to the airport.

The house cleaning staff are rude, and when I was leaving, I looked at some sheets to see what the name was so maybe I could buy some and then they accused me of stealing them and then followed me into the elevator and yelled at me. Reporting to management.

Staff were terrific and the hot tub was the added blessing for my husband’s and mine respite weekend.

The hotel is quite old and musty… they use strong scents to cover. So much so if you have a scent allergy you will be bothered by this. We had to request room change which the staff were happy to accommodate and were lovely. They are working on upgrading but it’s not up to par as of yet. We didn’t stay for the food.

We love staying at the Acclaim hotel. The rooms are clean, and they have pet friendly rooms as well, which is a must for us! The Pachini restaurant onsite is huge and we'll decorated, and the food is absolutely delicious! The roof top hot tubs are awesome too unwind in at the end of the day. The only thing I wish they had, are mini frifdges for the rooms. That way I could put my leftovers from Pachini in it, so it doesn't go bad, rather than put it in my vehicle during the colder months.
