I liked the location and enjoyed talking to the Bellman Rafita!! What I didn’t like is that I had reserved a room with the city view and to my surprise there was a curtain and window but now view.

This is a great place to stay. Very clean and in the heart of the city where there are many things to do.

Great service and with plenty to do around the area.

Our check-in was at 3 PM. We got there at 3:40 and they still didn’t have our room ready

Stayed here for 3 nights in room with a balcony & city view. It was beautiful, but came with a cost. There were bands playing each night until 1 AM. Will stay here again, but will not get a room with a balcony. The free breakfast was delicious & was close to shopping & sight seeing.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. There are better options in Morelia I had paid the one night stay via Hotels.com However, the clerk insisted they had no record of my payment. Would never again stay in this hotel.

Plenty of areas to visit, shop, & eat.

Been able to walk to different places of interest and bestof all close to walk.

Convenient location and friendly staff rooms are decent

My main issue/complaint is that we paid extra for a terrace and I asked for a covering/umbrella over the table because it was so hot and during the day without an umbrella, we couldn’t enjoy being outside on the terrace. I was told they’d checkinto it and they never got back to me. I paid extra for aTerrace in vain. My son, Jason Soria also paid extra

Nice property, would have been nice to have access for everyone to enjoy the roof top and view the beautiful city
