Pretty good size room and bathroom, clean. The mattress was too soft for me, i was filling like in a boat. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff provided us useful information about the area. Good heating inside. There is no fridge, especially for a summer time i think, and no AC. Will be good if they provide normal not only sparkling water too.

We had a very enjoyable 4-night stay. The hotel is well placed in central Memmingen, efficiently run and with excellent staff: they were all friendly and helpful. Our rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the breakfasts very good and varied. We would happily stay there again.

Bedroom comfortable, bathroom facilities good. Room noisy but ear plugs provided by hotel. Reception excellent.

Oh my god! The woman who checked us in was the rudest person we’ve ever come across. Maybe because it was evening or maybe it was because she was just in a bad mood, but if we hadn’t already paid for the hotel, we would’ve walked straight out and stayed somewhere else. In fact, the dragon even suggested this herself. It was as if we were actually putting her out by staying at the hotel. Another issues with this hotel is the lack of AC. The room was hot as hell even with the fan they provided. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The check in woman spoiled our whole experience of this beautiful town.

The accommodation was convenient for the town centre and the welcome, rooms and breakfast made for an enjoyable stay.

very hot rooms. Throughout our stay the outside noise was unbelievable. For two of the nights there was live music in the square until the early hours. Constant noise throughout the night and very early in the morning. No sleep over 3 nights.

The staff from the hotel was friendly and helpful all the time. The description of the hotel is a little deceiving on regards to the parking, it made me believe parking was on site but it is not. It is near to the hotel but not on the hotel. An the hotel amenities made me believe it had laundry on site but instead this is a service you can add if needed so the hotel can do the laundry for you. Other than that, this hotel is a great option. It is on the middle of a beautiful German village with a lot of history and beautiful buildings. I have no regrets staying in this place.

Front office staff were helpful. We had an early morning flight on 1st Jan, but the hotel arranged transport seamlessly. Room is comfortable & the adjoining restaurant (Taki taki) is good. This hotel is also quite close to the Memmingen airport
