Overall great experience. Big shoutout to the breakfast spread!

Modern hotel, used by skiers. Nice to have the pool and sauna. Staff were helpful and friendly. Ate in the bar a couple of times.

This hotel is in serious need of a refresh.

We had a king suite and it was very spacious and the bed is huge. Another perk, there were 2 showers

Hotel cleanliness generally very good, only let down by toilet. Ideal location for walking to ski lifts (approx. 15 - 20 mins). Breakfast was really nice and the staff everywhere were very polite and helpful

This is quite an old hotel but still acceptable. Single beds are very small rooms small no frills. The breakfast choice was fairly decent but the eggs and bacon coolish all three mornings. Staff friendly. Would have expected more for this price. Good location for skiing

Very good and efficiently run, only problems were a light bulb and lack of usb charging points in room, not bad for 7 nights !

Easy to check inn, good food..

Room was OK. Hotell seemed to be fully booked the night we were there, so they had big problems handling the breakfast with all the people trying to handle the covid 19 distance etc. Big chaos in the breakfast room

overall an Ok experience, although we have stayed there before and they used to have a lot more activities for kids, this time they only had some games and nothing else. A bit disappointed over it.

Scandic Hafjell's staff was helpful beyond expectations... especially Amanda at the front desk. She went out of her way to get information for us about the bobsled track nearby and answered questions about exchanging currency, which we ultimately didn't do since everyone accepted credit cards. The included breakfast had so many options that we weren't bored with it even after 9 meals. And they packed us a breakfast for our early morning departure. The hotel lobby was a comfortable area to relax outside of our room. The location is excellent, just a short (20 minute) drive to Lillehammer and extremely close to the Hafjell ski resort. And it was about a 45 minute drive to Kvitfjell ski resort. The only thing negative aspect of the room is that it was a bit tight and didn't have a dresser, so we were living out of a small closet and our suitcases for our stay. But I will be highly recommending the hotel to friends and family.
