I had a wonderful experience staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Norfolk Airport. The location was super convenient — close to the airport, shopping, and restaurants, but still quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the essentials I needed. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains and great water pressure in the shower. Close to the Outlet. Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in the Norfolk area. Highly recommend for business travelers or anyone flying in and out of ORF

Very expensive

The room was perfect for getting ready for our granddaughter’s wedding. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean as was the bathroom. Plenty is too room for 5 adults and 1 child. Only problem was breakfast. They ran out of quite a bit early. But what they had was very good.

The room was roomy but we received no room service our entire stay. Had to ask for toilet paper, Kleenex, and towels multiple times. Toilet was dirty. Handsoap was empty and holder was broken. Toilet paper holder was broken. Pool was so dirty you couldn’t see through the water!

Front desk staff was great. Overall, good experience. Unfortunately, room was not available at check-in time. Check in was at 4PM and at 6PM room was still not ready to be occupied.

We enjoyed our stay here! Pretty close to alot of stores and not that far from the beach.

The check-in process seemed rather lengthy, as there was only one staff member at the front desk, and they were taking a considerable amount of time with each guest.

Room was dirty beds wasn’t clean dirty towel and used rags all over the bathroom hair in the tub and stains on bed had to wait a 1 1/2 hour s for them to get the room cleaned after a long flight

The check out process was very smooth and easy! My child could do it. We were greeted with a great welcome, they knew my name. That was a nice touch. Now for the part I was not quite happy with…although I did not book the room through the hotel’s website, the check in process was absolutely frustrating. Couldn’t find my already paid booking. We asked about getting a late check out and was told they we can’t have it. I have never known a hotel to deny extra money for late check. Moving on. Supposedly, the card on file declined. The hell it didn’t…but whatever I provided another card that I know I had a very good amount of available. She

Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was in a good location, near the naval base and airport. I am not sure what they use to mop the floor but the bathroom floor was sticky afterwards. The elevator floors needed to be mopped more frequently. The room was clean.

The room was clean, quite and overall amazing for a quick trip. Staff went over the top to make sure our needs were met! Will stay again.... Thank you!
