Close to family mart, close to the station and it takes 39-1 hour to go to disneyland.

The room is small, the food is just ordinary, you don't get drinking water in the room, but it's okay, it's comfortable.

There is no shuttle to Disneyland anymore.

The room is very old, musty, the sofa is old, the only good thing is near Disneyland. good service staff

Very near by from train stations, hotel provided free shuttle to disneyland, room cleans.

The rooms are a bit old, narrower than what the hotel is, near the metro station, but a bit far from urban areas.

Good hotel but check out time is not friendly enough. They give me check out time until 10 Am in the morning while I just I check in at 11 PM. Too fast so I cannot rest well.

Remote locations from Narita Airport can take the finger line down at the Kasai station by foot or take a taxi +> 3. 2 km, this hotel has no room service, when we had a problem with electronic equipment (water steamer) that didn't work, we had to go down to the receptionist ourselves to ask for a new one (incidentally there was a replacement), the restaurant only opened for breakfast day or night must look outside near the bus terminal which is quite far from the hotel. TV channels are only local and lots of porn TV channels so we don't dare turn on the TV because we bring small children.

the room is actually very small but clean and comfortable. all the spaces are very small that it’s a little hard to move. the location is near tokyo metro station so it’s very convenient to go everywhere even though it’s far from the city central, but it’s near from disneyland and they have a free shuttle bus service too which is good, but to go back from disneyland is a little difficult because their meeting point changed and you have to go there by bus and waste money again. and also, late check out will be given a penalty 1000 yen so don’t ever check out late even if it’s only half hour or so. because I've been there and it’s really not a nice feeling when you have to waste your money only because a little late and the give mo tolerance. oh, and none plus point is they have a smart phone service in every room that you can freely use. it’s an unexpectedly good and welcomed facility

Cheap, free delivery to Tokyo Disneysea or Disneyland.

Very close to the nearest subway nishikasai. There are some restaurant and mini market around hotel. Hotel also provide free bus shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland/Disneysea.

The hotel super close to nishi kasai station and you also can borrow a mobile phone to use while you go around Tokyo. The bedroom nice and clean, and it kinda quite so you can sleep like a baby.😆

Not recommended hotel best western tokyo nishikasai....please looking for best services, staff, rooms, another hotel in japan much better than best western tokyo nishikasai, free shuttle bus it's joke...must make 2 reservation for return, if you not make reservation for return, you just can take one way for free shuttle bus, rooms so small, staff mr dakal not professional don't request anything!!!

Not recommended the Best Western Tokyo Nishikasai hotel! The free shutle bus must be booked away and returned separately, if it's not just free that goes away, return to the train itself! Hotel staff named Mr. Deed is not professional, is a liar and does not know manners, it is better not to have to request a morning call at this hotel, but we are booking 6 rooms in this hotel! Look for other hotels, there are still many other hotels in Japan that service good than this hotel is not professional, service is also bad

Not recommended hotel! Go looking for better hotels, Best Western Nishikasai, not professional staff of his name Dakal. I booked a 6-room hotel to stay at the Best Western Nishikasai hotel because there was a free shutle bus to Tokyo Disneyland for my extended family. My first problem has been to book well in advance for a free shutle bus for 10 adults 1 child, but it turns out that the booking free shutle bus is just to go away or not to go home, so I mean to book again for return if I want to use a free shutle bus , it was really unexpected, because I thought that if I booked it, I would have included going home and going! The second problem, I clearly asked the hotel staff named Mr. Dakal to do a morning call at 6.00 am (morning), how surprised I was because at waking up at 6:20 there was no morning call at all from Mr. Dakal, so I called the receptionist to make a morning call according to my request for the 6 rooms, apparently Mr. Dakal picked up my phone, and just made a morning call, after I protested to the receptionist at 6:20 a.m., so to convince my family to wake up I called their room one by one to make sure Mr. Dakal had made a morning call, after I protested because I had already requested the night before, which made me very angry! Because the hotel staff lied saying he had made a morning call. Indeed, he had made a morning call after 6:20 a.m. not 6:00 as my request last night, but he still lied saying he had done a 2x morning call, whereas I checked in my entire family of 6 rooms there was no morning call at 6:00, which was on at 6.20, after I woke up and protested to the receptionist, it was a pity that the Best Western Nishikasai Japan hotel, hired non-professional staff like Mr. Dakal! It's fortunate that I asked for a morning call, to go to Disneyland, what if I want to go to the airport and I wake up too late because of the fault of the Best Western Nishikasai Japan hotel staff? The location of the station is close. Because it lacks concentration until one comes to the best western grande which is adjacent. The staff are really helpful, friendly, and the subject is really good. Recommended!

Easy to reach from Subway Nishikasai statio, and kids happy with suttle bus to Disney. Good and Nice Hotel
