Fab little hotel! Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful..... especially the night porter Breakfast was very nice, room stylish and spotlessly clean and as mentioned, staff incredibly friendly..... will definitely stay again when in the area!

Staff was great, all spoke English always trying to make our stay memorable. Decor is old Italian but very functional. Mario was great, ran out to bring our luggage upon our arrival, took up to our room and explained how everything worked. Would not hesitate to stay there again

Such a charming experience ! Be patient about the car & parking because it’s worth it ! Endless dining & shopping just steps away from this little gem. Our first visit to Italy & so happy that this was our choice for the first night !

What a great little hotel with wonderful staff. If your looking at a traditional hotel in the heart of the old town then don’t look any further. The staff can’t do enough for you and the hotel is great for a short stay in Lucca. We plan on a return and would defo stay here again.

Perfect location inside the walls of ancient Lucca. Staff is incredibly friendly. Helping us find great food, sites and help getting around. Beds are comfy, great breakfast and cappuccinos
