The staff was great, but the room with dirty. Our fridge was warm and smelt like spoiled trash, also a rather gross stain on the top layer of the bedding.

The hotel was clean butbthere were smokers thatvwerevstaying on the 2nd floor. By smokers i mean the skunky stuff otherwise hotel was very clean. I did letvthe staff lnow but they really couldn't do anything about it.

The room was really clean in all areas! Staff was super friendly and the beds were comfortable.

It was a fine stay, clean and staff was friendly however I reached out multiple times to ask for Tylenol and the front desk never answered and the text number never responded.

This was in a safe quiet location. Modern and it was nice that there is a bar and restaurant in the hotel.

Everything was excellent at this property!

We got a handicapped, adjoining room with very loud neighbors. We ended up moving and that worked out fine. They said you often end up with a handicapped room and/or an adjoining room when booking online…it made us second guess our choice to book online.

Very clean & quiet location. Restaurant onsite for dinner & breakfast was a plus as no restaurants within close walking distance.

Mediocre with no housekeeping unless you stay for more then 4 nights Rooms poorly concieved

Great if need somewhere to stay for an AAU tournament at Deforest High School. Highly recommend. I love the east side of Madison anyway so it was great!

The rooms are beautiful, spacious, even the "small" room. Very clean. My only "complaint" would be the sofa bed wasn't even usable with a not so great spring mattress. Otherwise, everything was lovely!

We experience several issues Room phone is not working Blow dryer is missing in the room need go down in reception to ask for one. Soap is empty got to go down again in reception to request for one since phone is not WORKING!!!
