About a 15-20min walk to the old town. We were going to stay in the old town, but booked here instead - thank goodness as there was a festival of the patron saint in old town. We would have never been able to drive in or park let alone get a peaceful night sleep. Lots of free street parking available outside this hotel. Spacious room. Grocery store just behind the hotel. I'd stay here again.

Good for the price and location

Nice apartment in a quiet area with parking outside. 15 minutes walk to the cathedral. Big supermarket nearby. Kitchen had adequate equipment but you had to pay €5 a night to use it. There was no plug for the sink and we had to buy a sponge/scourer and tea towel. We had a 3 night stay.

20 minute walk to most Leon sights. Kitchen lacked some needed utensils. Paid for underground parking unnecessarily. Above ground free parking was available.

Two night stay in Leon heading North. Chose this hotel due to location and that we could park our rental car. Great hotel, checkin easy and fast and staff even with limited English gave us lots of info, especially about the free tapas with every drink at cafes and bars. The old town was a 15 min walk slowly and great to see and easy to get to from hotel. Across the road was a large supermarket and Aldi not far away as well. The room was large and I expect the dorms for the uni students in the past. It was contained with a kitchenette so had microwave and sink and small stove top, and fridge it had limited untensils. It would be great if they could have supplied coffee cups, we had our own travel ones, but did have to boil water in a very and only large saucepan. Wifi worked well. Clean room and breakfast buffet was 7€ but we did not participate. Car was in safe location at the front. Overall a good place to stay and would def come again to fantastic town of Leon if travelling this way.

The property is within a short walk of the city centre (ca. 15 minutes). Service is fantastic from check in to check out and the rooms are very well appointed. Particularly impressed with the cleanliness and the size of the family rooms. If I go back to León, I’ll stay there!

Proximity to my event and location. Breakfast was excellent.

This hotel is located opposite the University and basically on the outskirts of Leon. It takes about 20min to walk (flat ground) into the old city, there are buses, we just didn't explore that option. There is plenty of free parking. The studio apartment was a good size, except we felt the bed was a little too firm and they needed more utensils/ cutlery, some glasses and plates, as well as a toaster in the small kitchen. The fact that nothing matched and the lids didn't fit the saucepans was a little second rate. The receptionist told us we should have asked (we did for the toaster...there wasn't one), but really this is how the apartment should be left ready for the next guest! We made do with what we had! The area was quiet and felt safe. There are several cafes, a panaderia and restaurant close by. There is also a big supermercado in short walking distance. We had a view of the Cantabrian Mountains in the distance and enjoyed our stay there.

We enjoyed a very spacious apartment, with kitchenette and a good bathroom. We received a warm welcome at reception and parking on site was easy. The hotel is a 15/20 minute easy walk into the old town. Lyon is an amazing historic town, with lots to see and do. Plenty of local bars and cafes near the hotel as well as in town. Highly recommended - wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Room was spacious and quiet. Sparsely furnished and no tea making facilities. However location great and parking available underneath building. Handy walk to all the important tourist sites with restuarants and bars nearby.

Good hotel, pleasant staff and a good continental breakfast offered. However, make sure you're not too late as the selections offered are not replaced as the clock ticks towards last orders.... It's a good easy ten-minute walk into the old town but there are plenty of tapas bars on the way should a break be needed. Good hotel and would stay again. Helios

Had to rest in Leon after injuring myself . . Hotel had good kitchen facilities and was close to everything I needed. Service was great and staff friendly and helpful
